The Love Velo team made everything easy from the start. A quick telephone call to establish our requirements so that we knew we were getting exactly what we needed and wanted. From the moment we arrived in Mallorca, the whole holiday went seamlessly. Transfers on time, bikes delivered, and our luggage waiting for us at each new hotel each day. The bikes were great, and my wife’s e-road bike was light and powerful enough that she could cycle with me even on the mighty Cap De Formentor. The hotels were lovely, and nicer than we expected, with great locations by the sea for a swim in the afternoons after the morning’s cycling. Mallorca was an excellent destination - smooth roads, courteous drivers and breathtaking scenery. We would definitely recommend a cycling holiday in Mallorca with Love Velo. In fact we were so impressed that we have booked another trip with them to Lanzarote!

Second holiday to Girona with Love Velo. Very easy to get here by train from Barcelona airport. Hotel Carlemany a great venue, 5 minute walk from station, 5 minute walk from city centre. Breakfasts were excellent, meaning lunch could be a small snack despite racking up the miles. Secure bike storage and a good selection of tools. Hire bikes were in great condition, pick-up and drop-off a breeze.

As it was a second visit, getting in and out of Girona into the countryside felt much easier this time, as we'd worked out the best ways. Variety of routes available is amazing.

We'll be back again next year.

This was our second trip with Love Velo - this time road cycling in Calpe. Love Velo took care of transfers, bike hire, hotel bookings and GPS routes. Everything was really well-organised and the Solymar Gran Hotel in Calpe is lovely. The buffet breakfast in particular is amazing - just what you need for a long day on the bike! Calpe itself is quite touristy but you're really close to some stunning areas nearby and we were impressed with the 4 Love Velo routes we used. Would thoroughly recommend using Love Velo and a big thank you to Rapha, who provided great service throughout the process. Just need to decide on our next location!!

I've used Love Velo services two times for cycling holidays in Calpe and on Mallorca. Both times all went absolutely brilliantly in all means.
Special emphasize to quick and positive responses from Love Velo team onto any of my questions - customer support is great.
Both times I've used rented bike and both times the bikes were pre-adjusted for me excellently and were in perfect technical condition - couldn't ask for anything more.

Excellent service. I'm not a team or a road-racing cyclist, just a slow but fit cycle tourist the wrong side of 50! They put together hotels in Port Pollenca and Port Soller in Mallorca, with a flat bar bike with pannier rack . It enabled me to explore a lot of the island, and ride the Sa Callobra Pass, and the old Palma - Soller Pass in my own time, taking my own panniers and moving between the two locations. Every afternoon a beach, followed by hotel pool and gourmet dining. Airport transfers were perfect. Where next?

I booked a week's training camp in Tenerife through Love Velo.
The whole booking process and the trip were very smooth and great value. The hotels were great, as were the food and drinks.
The group rides routes were stunning, well-organised and well-supported, with food/drink mechanical assistance all the way round on all rides.

Note: you have to like climbing to ride in Tenerife!

Upon returning to the UK, I really miss the state of the roads in Tenerife, the long climbs and sweeping descents and, try as I might, I can't think of a way to improve the week. I'd happily go again.

A group of eight of us enjoyed 4 great days of cycling around Calpe. Everything was top class including bikes, hotel, transfer and cycling routes and all involved were friendly and helpful. Thanks again LoveVelo for organising another fabulous and memorable cycling holiday

Three of us booked our first cycling holiday in Mallorca. The three day trip was trouble free and perfect. Transfers, meals (booked half board) and bikes all made an epic short break enjoying the fantastic routes around Pollensa. Thoroughly recommend! 👍🏻

Myself and 4 friends have just returned from our first Love Velo cycling holiday in Majorca. From the first contact tentative enquiry email back in May last year Raphael has been fantastic, he couldn't have been more helpful and communication has been superb. We stayed at the cyclist haven of Port de Pollensa in the Cabot Pollensa Park and Spa. Couldn't fault it at all, friendly staff, great food, bike friendly of course. Transfer to and from the airport was seamless. Bike hire was included and we all had Giant Carbon TCR's which were fine. Support line included in case of breakdown which we used once and they were with us within 30 minutes to pick up our unfortunate friend at the top of a mountain. We rode Cap de Formentor (stunning) and Sa Colabra (wow, just wow!) All had a fantastic time and felt looked after every step of the way. I'd thoroughly recommend to anyone looking at booking a cycling holiday and am currently researching trips for next year. Wonderful time had by all!

Having booked and travelled via Love Velo on several occasions I expected all aspects (initial booking, hotel, bike, transfers) to be excellent...and they were. So I'll be back. 100% recommended.

Just back from the Algarve that Raphael organised for us with extra hotel nights both ends. Well organised with transfers to and from the airport and all the hotels were excellent. Well organised and we both really enjoyed the trip. Bikes were excellent.

Love Velo, Georgia, were great from start to finish. Everything was clearly
produced in my final booking confirmation document and ran smoothly and to
plan. I’m not sure if it was Georgia or Free Motion that set up the ride
sequence but, had I not messed it up, the first two rides followed by a rest day
made perfect sense. I would look at booking through Love Velo again and Chris
has already suggested that she’d be happy to go again.

Looking to book my next adventure with Love Velo

Love Velo provided an excellent service. They were able to customise my week long trip to the Algarve to get it just right for me. Communication was always spot on both with Love Velo and Bikesul, the Portuguese operator. I'm just back from a week's tour of the Algarve. I can't recommend Bikesul enough, they were brilliant. Before my trip they sent gpx files of the 6 rides I was going to do as well as a road book with route details and recommendations for lunch stops, sightseeing and evening restaurants. The trip was customised to meet my individual requirements. I was met at the airport and the driver made sure that my bike was assembled correctly before he left. Someone from the company contacted me every day to ensure that I was ok, I really appreciated this as I was doing the tour on my own. At all times I felt reassured that Bikesul would help me if I encountered a problem. Thanks again for helping to make my trip an excellent experience. 10/10 for all aspects of the service. This was my first cycling tour using a specialised company I wouldn't hesitate to use Love Velo for my next cycling trip and to recomend them to family and friends.

I had had a previous experience with Love Velo organising a trip to Etape du Tour in 2018 so when we decided on a Winter cycling trip I gave them a call. Raphael "interrogated" me and decided Gran Canaria would suit our needs. He was correct.
Brilliant accommodation (Dunas Suites & Villas), airport transfers, cycle hire (Free Motion) and weather 25-30 degs all week.
Gran Canaria is bumpy wherever you ride (even along the coast) but we managed 50kms a day with 750 metres of climbing on leg power only (71 and 64 year olds). Some great scenery to enjoy either way. We only had one small issue with bike sizing as using your height isn't the best measure. I would confirm which bikes make/model you are going to be provided with and check out the company's sizing chart to choose your best size. In the immortal words of Arnie - "I'll be back".

First cycling holiday abroad and was doing it solo, I had been in contact with Raphael to help me organise and plan the trip. His experience and local knowledge was great and really helped make the trip even better.

Love Velo have been in this game for a while and it shows. The whole trip went smoothly, from the transfer to the rides, it was plain sailing.

It was a 10/10 trip and will be using Love Velo again!

Fantastic value for money. Great hotel with superb bikes to hire and decent advice available. A selection of routes to suit all standards.

The location was excellent for a cycling holiday. The accommodation was also excellent, offering a very friendly service and a very good selection of food. Love Velo also arranged our bike hire. The bikes were of a very high specification, better than our own back home and they were maintained in immaculate condition. The fact that the hire company had a shop in the hotel made the collection and return of the bikes very easy. Staff were helpful and friendly.

We booked a cycling holiday in Tenerife. Hotel was great, airport transfers worked fine and bikes were fantastic. Very easy to book through the LoveVelo website and Rafaelo in customer services was very good at answering any queries we had before and during the holiday. Only issue was that the hills in Tenerife were a tad more than we get in Suffolk.

Just recently returned from Mallorca with friends after a weeks cycling. This was my second trip with Love Velo and I cannot fault them. Tom was great with everything and the other team members I spoke to were also very helpful. The bikes were great and the hotel was very again. We stayed at Cabot Pollenca Spa Park and as it was our second visit we received a bottle of bubbly in our rooms which was a nice surprise. Love Velo are easy to deal with excellent customer service, thanks guys for everything.
