First time using Love Umraah and…
First time using Love Umraah and experience wasn't bad. A few hiccups with our booking at our Madinah hotel but that may have been a problem on the hotel side but Love Umraah worked at pace to get this resolved. Not sure if they have 24hr support but we had a fairly early landing, arrived at the hotel at about 11.30am but despite this we were able to speak to a Love Umraah rep. Would have been early in the UK with the time difference

Loveumrah.com made our trip to Makkah and Madinah absolutely amazing. They gave us excellent service right from the start of our preparations, which made what might have been a difficult procedure seem easy and effortless.
The booking procedure was quick and easy, and the staff was kind and informed, ready to answer any questions and make sure our schedule worked for us. From finding the best hotels near the Haram in Makkah and Madinah to setting up convenient and on-time transportation, our logistics were carefully planned.
We were profoundly affected by the spiritual ambiance in Makkah. The knowledgeable advisors added religious and historical context, making every moment special.

Mohaiminul and the team at love umrah, have been exceptional, for my best ever trip in my life. Made it easy plus answered any of my questions I had all the way through out the trip, the hotel to transfers were great, we travelled all in style in a gmc, luxury transfer who were always on tine or waiting for us, thanks for the experience, would recommend anybody to book with love umrah ,

Amazing Umrah with LoveUmrah
This was my first Umrah trip and with little knowledge to work from it was overwhelming. After looking around at a number of different options and providers, I came across LoveUmrah. They made everything so simple and tailored a package exactly to our needs. There was absolutely no pressure to make quick decision. They supplied me with facts and when asked for, recommendations. We have just completed the Mecca part of our trip and it has been nothing short of superb. The taxi connections were there as promised, the hotel was superb, right on the Haram, and we even got an upgraded room thanks to LoveUmrah. I’m sure the Madinah part will be equally excellent, I will post an update once I complete the whole trip. I could not recommend LoveUmrah enough; competitive prices, genuinely caring people who listen to your needs and super customer service. I was booked my flight and hotel and local travel in Saudi Arabia and they charged me the extra money for everything and their services are absolutely ridiculous and that’s not up to the mark.
So, I spent £10000/= on my trip and service are not half way.

Original Room Quote and Upgrades:
You were initially quoted for standard city-view rooms in both Madinah’s Pullman Zamzam and Makkah Hilton Convention. When you requested a discount, we explained that the rooms were already discounted. As a goodwill gesture, we upgraded both Madinah rooms to Haram views and one room in Makkah to a partial Haram view, at no extra cost. This upgrade was agreed upon prior to your trip to enhance your experience.
Room Configuration Issue in Madinah:
Upon check-in at Pullman Zamzam Madinah, one of your two triple rooms was mistakenly set up as a twin. You contacted us via WhatsApp, expressing frustration and making accusations of fraud. We immediately reached out to the hotel, which acknowledged the error and offered to move you to a triple room. However, you declined this solution. Such errors, while rare, can happen during peak seasons. Unlike many companies, we have an after-sales team to address these promptly and minimise disruption.
Transfer Service Experience:
Initially, we provided the HiAce van you booked for the transfer from Madinah Airport. For your journey from Madinah to Makkah, our experienced transfer partner upgraded you to a GMC at no extra charge, responding to your concerns from the previous journey. This luxury upgrade, typically £100 more, was complimentary, and we have a video recording confirming your satisfaction. If preferred, we could have provided the original HiAce, as we have access to over 2000 vehicles, all within three years of manufacture, to ensure high standards.
Room Dissatisfaction at Makkah Hilton Convention:
You were originally quoted for two city-view rooms in Makkah. As a courtesy, we upgraded one to a partial Haram view, noted clearly on your invoice before payment. Despite this, we received further claims of dissatisfaction and fraud. Such claims are taken seriously, as they do not reflect our transparent service. Our records and call logs show all details were communicated openly.
Timing of Your Review:
We also noted that this review was posted three months after your trip. All issues were promptly addressed during your stay, as our goal is to resolve concerns in real-time for peace of mind.
If permitted, we’d be happy to share our communication history here for full context. Your experience included multiple upgrades as a goodwill gesture, and we hope this clarifies the care and dedication we bring to each booking.

Great customer service
The service provided by Loveumrah when I enquired about a tailor made package was excellent. The staff were always polite and helpful in giving advice in terms of booking flights and then a hotel package and I liked how they gave details immediately via WhatsApp to make sure I had all the info to hand. Post booking they were very efficient in sending confirmation by email and WhatsApp. Will recommend others to use Loveumrah for their level of customer service
