Received my dresses in a very timely manner. Both are beautiful and exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and sizes are the sizes you take, no guesswork. I received so many complements.

Have no way to return items. Nothing like they were portrayed in the ads. I would not recommend this company. Took weeks to get and I am not happy with the product!!!!

DO NOT BUY!!! DO NOT BUY!!!
1. I received the wrong order
2. It is not a US website as portrayed, everything is from China
3. They do not reply to emails
4. No phone number to contact
5. They replied online saying they will refund me and it will take 3 business days, it has been 7 business days and safe to say it’s not actually coming
6. THEY SELL YOUR INFORMATION!!! Never use to get spam calls, now everyday I get calls from around the world (all speaking in Chinese)
7. Currently disputing on PayPal and they go by the name ZHUODA Co. Ltd. Google that name and you will see the bad reviews.

I am one step away from reporting them to my bank as I do not trust them to not take additional money from me. I do not have hopes of solving this issues with them. Chinese cheap crap.

Tonight I went to love having some difficulty with my app for the subway and the employee named was Raleigh and the other employee that works for subways name I can't remember please forgive me they were both so helpful and made sure that I got out of there feeling no stress and under and under my budget I couldn't say enough about this loves for their patience and willingness to find an acceptable solution. They were clean, they were efficient and they were most definitely helpful!! Thanks again you two !!! I will continue to pay it forward.

I ordered 4 tops several weeks ago. Finally got them. All too small. Went on chat line. No one answered me. I have no address to return these items, no way to contact them.

Excellent service; excellent communication.

I ordered a long-sleeve T-shirt for my wife for Christmas, but never received it. They claim they sent it and it was signed for, but the Post Office said it was received by them and returned the same day. I spent $46.98 on the package and shipping & never received a refund.

Products are just as advertised

Great price and immediate response to my questions. I did pay extra to have two day shipping but it did not arrive for two weeks.

I am not happy with my purchase. The shirt I got is not the shirt I ordered. The earrings are fine but not the shirt. I am going to TRY to get my money back!

Loves sales went above and beyond on there customer service. Love the blouses and dress beautiful! Karen in CO.

Great graphics.
Shirts are as pictured.
Customer service responded quickly to my question about care.
I dig the retro vibe.

I ordered 2 shirts and I really like both of them. The fabric is lightweight and cool. The colors are vibrant and the fit is so comfortable. I plan to order more from this company.

I ordered the size that should have been correct, but it didn't fit. I needed 2 sizes smaller. They sent me another and didn't even want me to ship the wrong one back! What super service, I'm going to order more, they're beautiful clothes!

Getting ready to place another order. However, the selection is so fantastic that I need help in choosing what I want. So, I am enlisting the help of a few ladie friends. :-)

Clothes runs big. Company works well with you . Price is very reasonable! I plan on using them often!!!!

I ordered a shirt for a friend and it was too large for her. It took a several emails, and taking photos of the pkg and the order, back and forth to figure out what I was supposed to do to return it. I was starting to think I was getting the run around and would never get to return it. I shared my concern and frustration and they immediately refunded the money for the shirt (not including shipping, I understand).

And they also told me to just keep the shirt, though it is too big for my friend but it's a beautiful shirt and someone can now still enjoy it. I wasn't expecting this good turn off events at all. My mind really changed about the company and their customer service. I can trust them and will be happy to order through them again. Thank you!

Sadly I am much to small for their clothes. I emailed the company and they gave me a full refund less the postage. I wish I could wear their clothes as they are beautiful just much much to big even in their smallest sizes.

Ordered some tops . Size XL when they came they were hugh, like an XXXL. When told them, they immediately refunded all my money. Very rare these days. Very impressed
