the variety of matches I was hoping for just wasn't there once I actually got into it. Then the messages I did send mostly went nowhere, a lot of matches just never wrote back at all. Performance wise it felt like a step down from what I was expecting going in. I asked support to clarify some of the pricing confusion and didn't get much of a straight answer. About a month went by like that, me hoping things would eventually start clicking more. Nothing about the extended use changed my early impression, it just confirmed it. The sum of these smaller disappointments ended up outweighing whatever good was actually there. This isn't me venting after one rough day, it's a fair summary of the whole stretch I've had. Maybe this works better for someone who goes in with a more neutral mindset than I did. Just wanted to put a more realistic take out there for anyone else considering this.

Which says a lot, the icebreaker questoins suggested to me referenced things that had nothing to do with my own proflie at all. Might sit on this a while longer before deciding anything.

My experience is good. I have meet some great people and am enjoying the experience. However I don’t like that we have to pay for minutes and sending emails. You end up spending way too much. Also I’m unable to do an update picture with messages and unable to send a few pictures with a message to the other person. I have to send my pictures one by one.

It should be said that underwhelming compared to what other reviews led me to believe. Dark mode turns itself back off after every update, small thing but it's annoying kind of much every time. It's been just shy of a month so far.

First of all, be advised that your credit card company will advise you that your payment will be going to a company outside of the USA. The main reason I subscribed to the site, was because their ad said all women are local. I was overwhelmed with responses from women from Asia and Ukraine. But found 2 women who I found compatible with. After maybe 10 chats and 10 emails I was told I was out of credits and needed more to continue. Paid an additional $50 for more credits and after only 3 emails I was informed that I was out of credits. Without any prior notice, and right in the middle of writing a response to one of the ladies, the "you're out of credits" notice pops up. At this point I was unable to complete and sent my response. Then I noticed the response to the second lady didn't go through either. Can you imagine how rude that makes me look? I'm sure both these women felt like I ghosted them. This is a very poor way to run a website. I contacted Customer service and advised them that I had just paid $50 for additional credits, and they tried to justify why I was out of credits. I was pissed. My response to them was, "What a ripoff, I'm out of here. You guys suck." I blew $70 for about 30 minutes of communications. The sad thing about all this is I feel bad that I left those 2 ladies hanging because in order to tell them that I was deleting my account. It would have cost me $20 more to tell them so. Stay away from this site. It's a bait and switch/clickbait site. So sad sites like this prey on people trying to make a connection to be happy.
(Update)Good luck trying to delete your account. Over 2 weeks ago, (17 days ago) I clicked on a link on my account that stated, "Delete your Information". To this day, I'm still receiving emails and chat notifications from women on the site. I have contacted customer service over 6 times asking them to delete my profile, so I can stop receiving these notifications and they still have not deleted my account. Do not waste your money on this site.
(Update) After almost 20 emails asking CS to delete my account/profile, I decided to go directly the CS Chat option on the site. You would think my frustration would have ended with this CS Chat, but it didn't. CS was super persistent on not deleting my account/profile. They kept offering my deals not to leave the site. I repeatedly said no at least 5 times. If you happen to read this review and want to leave the site, don't waste your time sending emails to CS. It's an AI rep on the other end. At least with the Chat, I think you are communicating with a real person. Don't waste your time or money with Lovesmoments. My experience was very frustrating and the credits used to communicate are expensive. Very poorly run site.

Everyone on this site lives so far away from me. All I can do is chat and be friends. Which is fine with me? But it seems like these men want something more. It sounds like they want a committed relationship. And looking for marriage.

Worth mentioning: the auto tranlsate feature swaps in the wrong regional slang, made a pretty normal message sound oddly formal.

The credits are very expensive. One needs to spend around 2,500 USD for a particular person to able to apply for the contact details of that person. One guy I was talking to have already reached the required credits but still not willing to get my email from the admin. All of them are not willing to move to WhatsApp or messenger. I ended up spending around 600USD until I suspected that this could be a scam. Operated by the same people in this company because some of their messages almost turns out the same. The people here are not giving their family names. I don’t even know if that’s their real names. Even if I offered to meet them for coffee where they live, they refused. I suggest before you ended up spending so much here. Just try the other dating site. This site is not for people looking for a life partner. This is just an illusion or a fantasy who will forever collect your money.
