Order delayed and then delayed. Told that item was with courrier. No communication and then cancelled item. Crap communication. Really poor service. Won't touch with a barge pole !

When i go to send back my use and my order number it says order not found. I would like a refund and to send my order back. Order number is Lovell132925

Initially I was pleased with the price delivery time etc, But the boxers I ordered were a size larger than other Lee Cooper one's I'd bought previously from another supplier although they both had the same xxxl inside! I only took 1 pair out to measure against my other ones without wearing them, I contacted customer support for a returns label and was told "Unfortunately, underwear is non returnable due to hygiene reasons" this was Never stated anywhere when I ordered them!! AVOID THEM!! Wish I'd looked here for reviews first!

NEVER EVER USE LOVELL SPORTS!!
I ordered some trainers from Lovell Sports as a gift for somebody on the 17 October and had to pay £4.99 shipping fee to be delivered in 3-7 days. Evri sent me notifications a few days later and a couple saying will receive today, never happened, despite emailing them and given false promises. I then tried to contact Lovell on contact No I found online to say no longer in use. Sent request for update on their website asking for refund as well over the 3-7 days deliverable promise and asked for a full refund to which they sent link for Evri stating can see it’s at local depot (which I had lots of notifications stating this). They totally ignored my request for refund and then sent second notification still ignoring my request for refund as too late for a gift. Finally arrived today (after 12 days) and box battered but shoes look OK but too late for gift I bought them for. This is not what I call customer service. Still want refund for shipping charge
 

Wouldn't buy from them again. Couldn't return shoes just because I had snipped off the label. I still had the lavels and shoes hadn't been worn outside. All it would have taken would a little plastic to re-attach. Lost a customer for life.

Received the wrong item but when you go to return they expect you to pay a further £4.99 ,have contacted them twice for a pre paid label but no reply from the online form sent,will contact PayPal next

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a skirt and paid delivery. Sent a completely different skirt. They advised they didn’t have my item in stock but they would sent a QR code for me to return for refund including delivery as their fault. Only refunded skirt and not delivery and now not replying to emails.
So no skirt, inconvenience and trouble to return and also out of pocket.

Ordered a 70l+15l backpack, they only sent the little 15l section of the bag, then took ages to reply to multiple emails until I started mentioning trading standards, and after returning they only refunded the price of the bag, so I wasted 9.99 on postage because of their terrible service.
But they get one star as the wrong thing did arrive quickly
Quick edit, they did refund the 9.99 after replying to this review, so I've added in an extra star.
It's a shame there's no phone number to call, I'm sure this would have been resolved a lot quicker and easier

Excellent communication. Great quality clothing. Ordered on Friday evening, delivered on the Tuesday. No issues. Would definitely buy again.

Used this company for trainers. The add stated these were white and the pictures seemed to be this way in the light they have used. Paid extra to have these delivered, then to receive them and they are cream, a rich cream colour. You could really see this next to socks, or other trainers, even off white would have been fine and liked the shoe itself. Tried to explain this to the customer service and after days gave up and had to pay £5 to return, despite the item being incorrectly advertised. On top of this had issues with the returns portal.

Charging five pounds for delivery, which takes many days to arrive and is non refundable, even if you need to exchange for a different size (and how likely is that for shoes, eh??) PLUS an extra fiver for the return postage - and, presumably another one for the new pair (assuming you still want to buy from them, which I defintely don't!!) So Lovell make a tenner minimum just by you trying shoes on! Sorry, but in this day and age it is daylight robbery to do this. I wish I'd read reviews on Trustpilot before buying. Avoid them.

Ordered skechers walking shoes advertised as UK size 4 they arrived US size 7 which is a UK 4.5-5, very poor quality might i add, returned them thinking it was just a mistake and Ordered another pair, but no not a mistake, exactly the same problem very poor quality and size wrongly advertised, Yet you have to pay £4.99 to return items???.....avoid at all costs!!! Every bit of packaging is in Chinese......

Update! Upon trying to contact the company who have said they will send me a free return label for the second pair of shoes that are wrongly advertised i have blocked from sending emails......BEWARE!!!

Ordered an m size jumper and came with an XXL. The package was open too when it arrived! Clearly couldn’t wear it and sent out a contact form but with all the reviews here I doubt i will get a reply.

Very poor company paid alot of money for new trainers , and sent me a 2nd hand pair

Ordered some predator boots. Which arrived on time (within 3 days) but the box is in bits and I mean bits (courier bag was ok) so I can only assume they were packed like this. These were a gift and looking at these comments I wouldnt want to risk returning them and not getting my money back. I wont be ordering again.

Ordered football boots that were thrown over back get and got wet when left in the weather. We were away when this occurred and Lovell sports claimed it was "no fault of their own" and they were delivered to a "safe" location when I never instructed this.

I am continuing to dispute this and will not be paying to return an item delivered in such a poor way, they aren't abiding by the consumer rights laws and this will be escalated.

I would expect nothing less than a company owned by the frasers group, had lots of trouble with these before.

Shocking no response from my emails, my order saying its been delivered and i have not received it.

I put the wrong address on the order, i managed to contract evri and get them to send it to the right address. Unfortunately i contacted Lovell customer support who then cancelled the order even though it was going to the correct address. At no point did they attempt to fix the situation just cancelled the order and got the parcel returned to them. Evri are meant to have terrible customer service but they helped where Lovell made no attempt to help. Terrible service, lazy company

Ordered an item nearly 2 weeks ago. Evri kept saying my delivery was delayed however in the mean time I’ve contacted Lovell with no response. Evri have now advised they’ve lost the package which I have advised Lovell and still no response.
