I paid for fast delivery a week ago and it isn’t even in transit yet.

6 weeks since I've ordered but still haven't received my item. Same message from customers services. 'Itsin transit its out of our hands" Been in transit since 6th November.

I give them a star because they didn't send me all of the item from my order, just one. When i emailed them they sended another one after a month. But for the third item they stoped responding.

Absolutely stunning bracelet! I was very sceptical when it states it doesn't tarnish. I can honestly say, I have not taken it off since I got it.
I shower in it every day, no signs of any discoloration. It's amazing!

I ordered a silver chain with my initial on. I wanted a chain that wouldn't tarnish and turn my neck green.
After reading the reviews I decided this was the product for me.
Unfortunately on arrival the chain was too short for me (entirely my fault as I didn't measure before buying). I was so disappointed as the chain was beautiful and exactly what I wanted.
I emailed the customer service team asking if the did chain extenders as I couldn't see them on the website or if I could arrange a reluctant return.
Their response was prompt stating that they do indeed offer extension chains in a variety of sizes.
The order of the extender was straight forward and I am now looking forward to receiving it so that I can wear my beautiful necklace.

I've had my alphabet charm necklace nearly 2 months now and I love it. I've worn it in the hot tub, the pool and in the sea on holiday and it still looks good as new. Exceptional quality for the price. I would highly recommend Love Link and look forwards to adding to my collection in the future.

This piece did not disappoint. I went with a silver initial pendant and bought 3 initial pendants (my partner, my son and me). After some problems with delivery (not the sellers fault) the item arrived and it's perfect. I wear it all day every day, never removing it even for swimming / running etc. It's chunky in a substantial kind of way without losing it's femininity / daintiness and I am so pleased! Thankyou!
