I ordered family pajamas for a family of four. I opened one set and was immediately disappointed with the quality — the fabric has a shiny, slippery feel, the wrist hems are awkward, and overall it feels cheap. I did not open the other three sets; they remained sealed in their original packaging.
Due to personal circumstances, I was unable to contact the company within their short 30-day return window. Given that this was during the holiday season, I expected some flexibility, as many reputable companies extend return periods. They refused the return entirely, even for the unopened items.
They offered no meaningful resolution and ignored my final email (which I can verify was never opened). Very disappointing experience. I would not purchase from this company again and would not recommend them to others.

Awful foreign company…stay away!
This company claims to be in the US with easy returns but it’s all lies. We got our pajamas after Christmas and one wasn’t even the right size. I had to go back and forth with them through emails for weeks trying to figure out how to send them back to get a refund only to be told eventually that I would have to pay to ship them to China in order to get that money back. It would cost me more than the pajamas cost, which are a cheap quality and a poor fit anyway. Clearly that’s what they’re going for. It’s just a scam to money out of people with no chance of returning the items despite making claims on their website that this is an easy process. It is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Be cautious when buying from this site. It is located in Hong Kong. You are unable to make a size exchange. Someone did respond to me by email, but to sending it back is expensive and the package sits somewhere in China and is not sent to the proper address. I would buy from a local American company if considering to buy family pajamas.

Absolute cheap merchandise. Plastic polyester materials. Nothing like what you see in the pictures. And when you try to return you find out they have a registered office in CA to claim they are a US company… but they have NO staff there. They told me I would have to pay to ship the cheap merchandise (not even worth $20 but I paid almost $100) back to China… which would be nearly another $100 loss (if the return even makes it to being received).
THIS COMPANY IS A GIMIC AND THEY WILL SEND YOU GARBAGE AND THEN MAKE RETURNS IMPOSSIBLE!!!! Do NOT buy from this company. WORST merchandise I have ever received. Complete garbage products, false claims to be a US company, false claims about their return policies, and poor customer service.
UPDATE: Since the “LoveFamily Team” responded to my review on Dec 29th they have made ZERO attempt to remedy the issues. Their post in response to my review is again more absolute garbage from this company. They are full of rhetoric and false impressions. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I was unsure of sizing so bought several sizes planning to return the ones that did not fit. Website says "easy returns " NOT TRUE. This company is not in California but in China and to return anything it must be mailed to China which is virtually impossible and expensive. Don't buy anything from Love and Family Pajamas unless you plan to keep it forever.

I purchased pajamas for a family Polar Express trip with our grandsons. The pajamas were perfect, but I miscalculated my grandsons' sizes. The customer service department was wonderful in helping me with the exchange. My emails were responded to by the next day. I tried to do a return because the pajamas took longer then I expected and I had to purchase from another venue. They were going to offer me 20% of my order if I didn't want to go through the process of returning. I went to return them and the shipping was going to cost more than the items. If there was an option to rate zero I would! I spent over $300 to get 10 pairs of matching "Polar Express" Christmas Pajamas for my family to go on a Polar Express train ride, They arrived spelled wrong "Pola Express" I have emailed and called over and over with no response all- no correction or refund so we either toss them or wear them and look like uneducated dummy's
UPDATE - Based on your reply -I only received one email from you after my several emails and calls pleading for an answer... I DID reply, and accepted your offer of a refund, although your reply says a refund was issued last week my bank account is not indicating that.

The company is a total SCAM
The company is a total SCAM. The pajamas are polyester. There is no customer service to get a hold of about a return.
Please read the other reviews. The company is NOT legitimate at all. No response back via email, phone call or text.
UPDATE: My last review was on 10/31/25 this update is 12/09/25. After a while they did respond to my first email. I gave them the requested photos of the items, size and order info which they already possessed. I was only given the run around. To return the pajamas they must be sent to Chaung, China which is extremely expensive to ship. This so called company stated in their fourth email that I will only get a 50% refund or a discount on a new order! Ridiculous! I can’t wear the pajamas because they are not cotton and are all polyester. There hasn’t been an email and NO REFUND was given as noted in their reply/response to my first review.

SCAM, FRAUD
This company is a fraud! They listed the pajamas as cotton and they were Polyester and Elastane. I tried to return, but they only responded ONCE after several attempts. To this day, there has been no response from the company! Luckily, I read the reviews from others about the costly return process and lies about reimbursement for shipping.The website states they are out of California but that is a LIE, they are from China. AVOID them at all costs!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Pajamas are not good quality and the company is a FRAUD!

The pajamas were NOT as described. They were NOT made of cotton nor did the pants have pockets. Trying to return is a HASSLE. They had to be returned to Hong Kong not in the US! Postage was $120.00 and they still have not refunded me!
