We visited Love Churros in Clarks village yesterday. There didn't appear to be a queue, so we gave our order and paid. And then we waited, and waited and waited. It turned out that a number of other people sat nearby had all ordered before us and were waiting for their orders, so having thought we'd get ours straight away, it was actually a long queue. There were 2 members of staff, one of whom was new and trying to be trained at the same time as trying to fulfil all the orders. One of them was making up a batch of mixture, which seemed to take ages. Eventually someone who had ordered after us asked for a refund, which was given. When someone else asked for a refund they were told their order was just being done, about 10 minutes later they got theirs even though they'd ordered after us. We waited 30minutes in all, utterly ridiculous that it's meant to be fast food! If they hadn't already taken our money there's no way I would have waited that long. I think it's dishonest to take money without making it clear there will be a long wait. My 8 year old autistic daughter really struggled to wait that long.
It is clear from other reviews that this isn't a one off incident across the chain. Also, their ordering system is awful as they didn't use order numbers or names to know who's was who's so they were calling out orders for people that had waited so long they'd been told to come back in 10 minutes and so they were calling it out and everyone was like "no that's not what I ordered" but we didn't know if it was our order but just not what we'd actually asked for . That person's Churros were cold by the time they came back.
Whilst we were there, another member of staff popped in and asked if everything was ok and then disappeared again rather than helping.
It is clear that their training procedures and staffing aren't good.
The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because our Churros were fresh, tasty and the Bueno dip was delicious. But I would ask how many other people are in front of us next time and whether they have batter ready to go. All in all, woeful service, they weren't apologetic or good at telling customers what was going on.

Love churros were excellent at McArthur Glen East Midlands but today we went to the West Midlands one and the churros were not good. I expected crispy on the outside with a light and tender texture on the inside instead I got crispy on the outside but the texture on the inside was fudgy like it hadn't been cooked for long enough.We will not be back for more at the West Midlands Outlet.

Horrible churros in Sheffield! Completely RAW on the inside, barely any filling, not worth the £10 at all. Very disappointed.

Very good service, entertaining watching the food being made, fast.

My daughter loves and they make so delicious churros

Me and my family went to the new churros stand in Braintree freeport. Churros were made fresh and lovely.
In the stand was a young lady Olivia, who was juggling around multiple orders with a smile on her face. Very confident and had a great laugh with everyone. Only fault is no ice-cream machine or cold drinks available which would be lovely for summer time.

Such a shame this replaced the original churro stand… churros were bland and raw, ice cream was barely formed and mostly liquid, barely any sauce and didn’t even offer a touch of sugar on the churros. Very disappointing

What is going on with Love Churros. Last week I tried 3 times to order through just eat, only to be told that they were not taking orders at this time & to try again later. This week the order for £32 went through only to be told half an hour later that they had cancelled my order. Why are they on a page like Just Eat if they don't want to fill the orders. I won't be trying again, there are some reliable outlets on there & this one is on my " to avoid" list.

Extremely unprofessional company. Wish I could say everything that goes on behind the scenes, HUGE lack of communication with staff, lack of care from higher up roles (CEO’s) for their staff. Messy management, super unorganised. Also don’t buy the dips if you don’t want food poisoning 🙈

Love Churros in Cwmbran. Just awful tasting. The worst churro I've ever had. Undercooked and soggy, like they simply showed the churro the cinnamon sugar rather than actually put it into the cinnamon sugar. Genuinely disgusting and not worth 9 quid. Especially when they don't have any of the dips either.

We had some churros at the Leeds stall today and they were absolutely delicious! Really fresh and made to order with care. Maryam was absolutely astounding - she cooked the churros and was so attentive to getting our preferences just right. She is an amazing asset to the company, because not only did we have delicious churros, we had them made with love and care 💕

My first order is unfortunately very disappointed, the churros are extremely RAW and the sweets are all scattered in the box as if they simply threw the churros in the box and put the candies on top.

Went to get a family box in Bridgend, waited ages to be served as it only had one young lady who was run off her feet, by the time it comes to order I'm told they don't accept cash and it's card only, I had exact money... That's fine I will take my cash else where, I'm gutted tho as I was excited to try these, being a cashless company sucks when you read there website there ris zero mention about this, sad really as it's company's refusing to take cash that are killing the high street, I wonder how much in lost sale you have by refusing cash yes mine was a £24 order how many of them get reused each week I wonder? Seriously not accepting legal hard tender is pointless. It's not like I was trying to pay in postage stamps. Hopefully this company changes this policy untill then I'm out and will spend else where I encourage people to do the same

I waited more than 1,5 for my order… the churros were cold and the milkshake was like water, disappointing!!!!

We love Churros so what a find to see the van at McArthur Glen, Cannock in the West Midlands. We made it our last stop before going back to the car so we could eat them before setting off for home. However, that was the best part of this experience, the anticipation! Let's start with placing our order. We wanted a regular with cinnamon and chocolate sauce, 3 filled with dulce de leche, a looped love with dulce de leche and a diet coke. We were at first served by one team member, but another did not know how to make a hot chocolate for a different customer, so following a discussion, they changed roles. We placed our order, but then there was no way of knowing whose order was being called because there was no number and several people ordered the same thing, so no one knew whose order was being called. I figured we would know because we had three items plus a drink. But no, instead of sorting our order in full, the regular churros were called first. Some 7 or 8 minutes later, we still didn't have the rest of the order, which meant the regular was by now cold. They then started on the remainder of our order after my husband asked why they did not complete one order at a time. He also asked for the regular to be redone as they were now stone cold. We were told that will be another five minutes, whilst the filled and the looped were now done and getting cold. They also forgot the drink. To top it off, these were the worst churros we have ever eaten; they were undercooked and soggy, almost like they had been rushed to complete the many orders they had taken. The staff were not friendly and not apologetic about the delay in parts of the order, the cold churros that needed to be redone or the drink that had been forgotten. No one actually knew what our order was, so potentially, we could have said three drinks as there were three of us, and they would have been none the wiser. This was a very disappointing experience that we would not want to repeat.

The quality of love churros dessert sauces is exceptional. Each sauce is crafted with premium ingredients, resulting in rich flavors and smooth, velvety textures. I go through at least one bottle a day!! Highly addictive.

Visited the Love Churros stand in Watford, my first time visiting I've gotten churros which were not as cooked as they should but they still tasted great. But this second time i must say im very impressed, The churros tasted fantastic, and they had the perfect churro texture along side that they were perfectly cooked. I love it! Big thank you for the yummy treat
