Cannot recommend more, bought a phone case and had a slight problem so contacted customer service and honestly the best customer service I have EVER received, they replaced my phone case no problem and kindly added in a free case which was honestly so kind! Definitely recommend ❤️

Really poor delivery - still waiting
I ordered a case on the 26th of May, Evri attempted to deliver on the 2nd of June but I wasn't in so it got returned right back to the sender? Evri customer service said there was probably an instruction from the company to only attempt one delivery - why? I know Evri can be rubbish but they usually attempt more than once. At this point (10th of June), my last correspondence from LoveCases was on the 2nd, I have no idea when they're resending it. In two minds about whether to just order from somewhere else.

We have just popped you an email in regards to this. Unfortunately, we have no control over how many times Evri attempt to deliver, we cannot ask them for one or three times, that is not a possibility on our side.
Your Evri tracking link shows that Evri sent this parcel back to us on Thursday 8 June at 16:45 pm. This would mean it has been less than 2 working days since they shipped your parcel back to us. Please note this can take up to 5 - 7 working days and therefore it is well within that time frame.
Once we receive returns we deal with them as soon as we possibly can, and are in communication with our customers about this.
I do apologise on behalf of Evri, and assure you that we will send your parcel out again once we have received it✨

Always where I come for a new phone…
Always where I come for a new phone case. I love the custom option where I can have my own dogs faces all over my phone case!! My last one has lasted 3 years, same length as my contract so only ordered a new one as I upgraded my phone! Its survived many MANY drops!

Good prices but poor product
Don't get me wrong, I absolutely appreciate the amount of options lovecases offer. I found the perfect design for my likes but now that it's arrived, the positioning of the printed design is poorly placed on my phone case. There's an entire strip down my phone that's empty. I would rate much higher if more care was taken with the finished product. I would probably not recommend.
