Service is amazing from start to end
Service is amazing from start to finish! The products themselves are a bargain and smell Devine! One item was out of stock and replaced with an alternative and an addition. Rhubarb and plum are my favourite and leave my house smelling amazing! Would recommend over and over

I have been buying my wax melts/burners from Love & Light since they launched just over a year ago & I am never disappointed!
Annabelle is always so helpful whenever I have a question & always responds so quickly.
The wax melts are always perfect, so pretty & smell insane & I love the affirmation card that comes with every order!
My faves are Ice Queen, Purple Rain & Vanilla Hazelnut.

Amazing

Scents are gorgeous and so long lasting, I personally love the colour and glitter touches as I think they add to the cuteness!
Super easy to order online, really fast delivery! 100% will be making orders again in the future - thank you xxx

Still not received products
Still not received products. Seller did not pay correct amount of postage so having to wait till she pays correct postage to post office and then will receive my order.
Seller has been communicating but not really very apologetic for her mistake.

Hi Ailsa, the error in regards to postage was an administrative error. The weight was automatically calculated on the Royal Mail website and was wrong - an error which was immediately rectified as soon as we were made aware. Your order should be with you any day.
I am proud of the level of customer service we provide our customers; we responded to your email within hours and as a small business, have tried our hardest to solve the issue as quickly as possible.
Your final comment is baffling; and reviews like these can be damaging for small businesses so I suggest going forward you shop elsewhere.

Absolutely love these wax melts! Every single scent I have tried I have loved! Makes the whole house smell amazing! I enjoy receiving my monthly subscription and such a surprise to see what fantastic aromas I have been sent! I have so many comments from people about the wonderful smells in the house from these! The best smelling melts!
I’ve been buying from Love & Light Wax for months now and I can honestly say that the melts are far superior to any other ones I’ve tried! They do a wide range of scents - my favourite being Faith. I’ve yet to come across a scent I don’t like, they also do different sizes for each product, they one size which is great for trying out each scent.
Delivery is always quick, the packages are always well protected and are eco friendly so I can recycle or reuse them!

Never got my stuff
I paid for international shipping and no where in her website does it say she doesn't ship to the USA. If thats the case then I shouldn't be able to pay at checkout plus it took 2 weeks to get my money back.
