Order is shipping from the US despite them displaying a UK email and a contact address in the UK. I wish suppliers would stop scamming people like this.

The postal service ripped a hole in a package and lost one roll of my ironing board cover. Love sew sent me another roll of wool.

Fast service, beautiful fabrics, wonderful price!

This was my first order from this company and I must say I was very impressed at how easy it was to place the order and how quickly I received it! The prices are very reasonable. My previous dealings with online ordering fabric has not been good. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Over the past year, I have bought the wool mat, magnets, blades and finally material. I absolutely love everything received from "Love-Sew."
After ordering True Blue material, which is a lush material of vibrant yellows and blues, I wanted more and the warehouse sent En Rouge, by mistake. It was so pretty, but I did not need it. The customer service I contacted were actual REAL PEOPLE that immediately assisted my exchange. They verified the error then sent me a mailing label for the return. My correct order arrived just days after my complaint.
Mistakes are bound to occur, it's how they are handle that makes the difference. I have great respect for Love-Sew and appreciation! Thank you, Peachie Fraust

I ordered TWO of Love Sees largest cutting mats. I was sent a small and a large. I also ordered a protector under cutting mat and it arrived with a large slash across it rendering g it completely useless.
I emailed them. No reply. Wrote a review and got a reply saying ‘we emailed you and you need to tell us which may was incorrect’. They didn’t email me at all. The entire thing was just a fob off!! Their Google reviews are shocking. I have ordered before but when things go wrong they don’t give a damn! POOR company to deal with. Love Sew don’t reply saying you emailed me when you DIDNT!!

Love Sew had the merchandise I needed and at a great sale price. I will work with them again.

I was expecting a package and was checking the tracking details regularly. Earlier this week tracking info completely disappeared and I got nervous. Emailed Customer Support and received feedback a day later with updated tracking. I really appreciate the communication as it's always better to know than not. Luckily parcel was almost here and arrived the following day. I feel comfortable that I know Love Sew supplies good quality products and even from half way around the world they will get here.

Excellent fabric quality. I would like to see some plain colors to coordinate with the shades of the vintage fabric as they are muted.
I am in Canada so with the exchange rate and shipping, it’s not that feasible to purchase or I would shop more!

Have purchased items from Love Sew marker pens that fade when ironing the material lot easier to mark fabric than tailors chalk pencils, recently purchased a bias binding to make it easier to cut fabric thread through and iron the binding never bothered trying to make bias binding before.

Love this company. They have some very great products. Products that make sewing so much faster and easier. I have been sewing for a long time and wish I had these products years ago. GREAT COMPANY to work with. Thanks Love Sew.

Every thing I purchase from Love SEW are of very good quality from there fabric which stitches up lovely to there haberdashery, rulers to wadding are all quality items. Very much worth a visit.
