⚠️ Avoid buying from Lounelle Paris – Very disappointing experience!

I ordered a coat from Lounelle Paris over a month ago, and when it finally arrived, I was shocked by how different it looked from the advertised photos. The colour was different, the inner lining shown in the pictures was completely missing, and the coat looked like a cheap, unfinished £9 item rather than the product I thought I was buying.

I contacted the company and arranged to return the coat after being assured that they would cover the return postage costs, which came to almost £30. However, after sending the item back at my own expense, the company changed its position and refunded only part of the amount I had paid for the coat in the first place. They also failed to refund the return postage as previously agreed.

This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, from the month-long wait for delivery to receiving a product that bears little resemblance to the advertised item, followed by a partial refund that does not reflect what was agreed in our previous emails.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Lounelle Paris. Based on my experience, the product quality, customer service and handling of refunds have been extremely disappointing. Make sure you keep copies of all correspondence and think carefully before spending your money with this company.

I certainly would not buy from them again.

Je suis très déçu . J ai commandé une robe. Ca a mis 3 semaines pour être livrée .c est une robe qui vient de Chine , j ai commandé une taille xl , on m a envoyé une taille S. Leur numéro telephone et leur courriel ne répondent pas. C est honteux de procéder à cette manière de vente

Commande passée le 18.10, nous sommes le 30.10 et l’article n’a toujours pas été expédiée ! personne ne répond au téléphone.
A fuir !

Ordered a white dress. It was very dull and looked more like off white or grey. Certainly didn't look like the picture. Also no labels on the product. Didn't return it as it would have cost me more to return it to China. Dont buy from this company.

Paid extra for quick delivery which never happened. Garments were of poor quality. Returns have to be paid for by myself and they have to be shipped to an appartment in China ??? Obviously cheap rubbish made in China and falsely sold as a Paris clothing company. Steer clear of this outfit !!!

Drop shipper from China but makes you send returns to France and pay for the return label yourself even if the dress looks nothing like the picture

Never received an email confirmation with an order number for my order. Waited a few weeks for the blazer to arrive. When it did arrive, the quality and sizing of the item was very poor. It looked nothing like the photo. I have tried to submit a return but unable to as I have no order number. Their return request form is ridiculously long. Now stuck with an awful, cheap looking blazer that I will not wear.

J’ai commandé le 01/10, j’ai pris la livraison express entre 3-5 jours. Nous sommes le 10 et je n’ai toujours rien reçu. Le numéro de téléphone est bidon. On est direct sur répondeur sfr. Personne ne répond aux mails… la commande est toujours notée en préparation. Bref à fuir absolument.

j’avais vu passer lounelle plusieurs fois mais j’avais jamais commander parce que je connaissais pas du tout, puis au final j’ai craqué sur une robe que je voyais tout le temps franchement trop contente je m’attendais pas spécialement à grand chose mais elle est trop belle en vrai. je l’ai essayer direct en rentrant du boulot et mon copain ma dit qu’elle m’allait trop bien mdrr. la taille est nickel et surtout elle tombe vraiment bien portée. j’ai deja reperer 2 autres trucs sur le site maintenant

Première expérience sur le site et je dois dire que je suis agréablement surprise. J’ai passé commande samedi et colis reçu jeudi! J’ai eu des mails avec suivi du colis . Robe de qualité, je recommande.
