Bunch of thieves - do not use!!!!!

I wished I had read these reviews first! Was tempted by the pretty pictures but when I received the goods they looked no way near what they seemed on the advert. And as other reviewers said the return address is in China (although they had sent them from Reading) and the email says it’s too expensive to send it back. They first offer 15% refund, then 40% then a final offer of 45%. Having read through more of the reviews here, I rejected them all and escalated the case with PayPal, pointing out they are facilitating the scamming of so many people, and hence should dissociate themselves from this company. Got my 100% refund approved within 3 days.

I have received one item. Others apparently sent but no sign of them. I have reported to Action Fraud

Clothes are completely unlike the advertised items, awful quality. It's basically a scam as when you ask for a return label they state 'Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). How much would import fees into China be? AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

How I wish I’d also read these reviews before I threw £89 away on substandard quality clothes that aren’t even useful as dusters due to the terrible material! The items I received are nothing like the photos on their website. Do not buy from this company they are a scam organization.

As others said shame a zero star option not available Waited in trepidation for my order after reading all the terrible reviews which I had not read before I made my order (what an idiot). Ordered 4 items which totaled around £50 plus postage.
After 3 weeks received 1 hoody/1 sweatshirt.1 T-shirt. 4th item went out of stock after I placed my order and I expect I will not see the £11 paid for that ever again. I have e-mailed them twice about it but guess what no reply.
Hoody fitted okay but not material shown on website simply the same pattern printed on cheap and nasty nylon material

T-shirt just a sticker on a plain shirt
All fit okay so I will wear them around the house but doubt they will stand up to the machine machine very well
If I brought these products at my local market would expect to pay £20 for the lot - not £50!! As did not pay by Paypal or Creditcard not a chance in hell of getting my money back

I ordered 2 items from Lotimena. One of them was nothing like the item I ordered except in colour. I complained and was told to return it - to China!
After repeated complaints I managed to get a 40% refund which was the most they would offer. No acknowledgment of the fact that the wrong item was sent. Do not order from this company!!

I ordered 6 items from Lotimena, 3 were OK, but 3 didn't fit. Lotimena said I could return them for a full refund, but after paying £18 to return them to China. I tracked the parcel as far as a sorting office in China, then I heard nothing for months. Eight months after posting the parcel to China, it landed back in my post box!
Now Lotimena don't acknowledge my emails.
This just isn't good enough. I am about £70 out of pocket and will never order from Lotimena again.

I bought from this company and to my cost I wish I hadn't the quality of the stuff is poor at it's best the items come unfinished the stitching well my 11year old could sew better they make it difficult to send items back so you don't bother and it costs a lot because you can't send it to the company that's registered in the UK you have to send it back to China where it's made I wish I would of never heard of them what you see isn't what you get I suppose I can always use them for cleaning because that's all they are fit for

I ordered 2 T shirts for £37.56. They took a long time to arrive and were extremely poor quality, material, colour and cut, but at a premium price. The scam is that while they are posted from Reading, to return you have to send them back to China. The cost was £19 but I was so angry, I wanted the rubbish back where it came from. PayPal were not particularly helpful, I will be using other payment methods from now on.

I have ordered few items from this website and I received cheap and rubbish items, they asked me to send items to china and pay for custom duty.
I contacted PayPal and opened a case
Lotimena offered me %40 refund, which I rejected
Paypal refunded me in full without asking to return the items which saved me further £30-£40 shipping.
I think they are already aware of this company
so the message is, if you have paid by paypal or credit cards you can get full refund.
if you are reading this prior to buying PLEASE DO NOT BUY or you will get cheap garment, patters are printed, and incorrect size...

No stars! Awful, Please avoid. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Cheap and nasty, from China. Pictures and clothing are very different things. Will never buy from this company again and I hope people save their money before falling for this like I did! You have to send back to china at your own cost! unbelievable

Don't buy, this is a scam company without a phone number!!! They didn't give me an order number so I couldn't return any items. And the actual items that they did send were awful quality and workmanship, nothing like the pictures in the adverts. I really wish I had read the reviews before buying.

Save your money before you loose it I bought from them the quality was terrible , thin , nothing like the pictures. To add insult I sent everything back and have never received a refund .

DO NOT buy from this company! The item I received was made of substandard material, badly cut, poorly sewn and simply unwearable—nothing like the photo on the website. Delivery is unacceptably slow (from China); when I requested a refund was told they would give me 25% off. I sent the item back anyway (£8 for an envelope-sized parcel untracked) and am still waiting for my refund one month later. Kiss your money goodbye. They should not be allowed to trade in the UK and shame on any online platform for supporting this company.

This is a cheap site I’ve discovered in China. The returns policy is laughable with a tight almost impossible turn around time. I’ve been promised a part refund.....yet to be received!! Don’t go there !!

Items are nothing like they are advertising it costs £12.70 to return them and you never ever receive your refund this is a fraudulent company DO NOT USE

I ordered a pretty bright lilac top, I received a dull yucky maroon top that looked nothing like the picture. I could not return so straight down the charity shop.

Do not use this site- my husband bought a blouse & top for my birthday- the items looked nothing ĺike the ìmàgès, they were made from awful cheap & nasty fabric. Its a coñ, they know I won't bother returning as I have to pay postage to Chiña- Do Not buy anything

Ordered XXL cardigan. Delivery was nearly a month! Size of item delivered was obviously not UK or US and was like a standard Small to Medium. Like others, was offered 15% refund (equates to £2.40 - real cost £16)) or return to China at my expense. Item not worth the original outlay - "market" quality. Absolute rubbish rip-off company making money out of non-returns because people like me can't be faffed to return to the other side of the world. DO NOT USE!
