I ordered the Lisa bed for my dog as I had seen it on a video on Facebook..( Loulou and friends )....
I ordered it on-line and it arrived here in the UK promptly and well packaged.
The Lisa bed is very smart, cosy and my dog went straight into it as I was unpacking it!

Most importantly, the moment I opened the box there was an excited four-legged family member. Within minutes he was already laying in the bed, waging the tail. I needed durability as he likes to hide his toys under the cushion. I expected a lot, from stylish aesthetic to quality craftsmanship. This bed is beyond my expectations.

I received the bed very quickly, despite the extra busy holiday period. It was also delivered in great shape and packaged very well.

I first ordered the Bernard dog bed (large) and the Verona feeder (large). Large was the recommended size for a golden retriever. So I bought it following their guidelines online. I have had several problems with the products with Lord Lou. When the pet feeder arrived, there was a dead baby lizard in the packaging! Of course I contacted customer services and they sent me another one immediately. The bed is not the correct size for a golden retriever, it’s a little bit too small for her. So she has only been using bed for a 4-5 days and the bed started to come a part at the corner! For how much I paid for this was unacceptable. I contacted customer service again and they offered to send me another bed or a refund. I must say the the customer service was great, but the product, not so much.
