It’s a scam !
Don’t ever buy anything there ! Poor rubbish quality,and you won’t get a refund back ! Don’t buy if you don’t want to loose your time and money , because they are scammers ! Shame !

It’s a scam don’t buy from them

This store is a complete scam. I ordered 4 dresses, but only 3 arrived in the package. When I opened them, the quality was very poor, and one dress even had a broken strap. When I contacted customer service to request a return, they kept emailed back and forward for five days, and want me to try the dress. I had to firmly ask them to follow their own return policy. I paid $75 to ship the items back to China, but the package was held at customs because it required a company name in China and detailed material information. When I asked the store for this information, they kept answering something is not useful and now they refused to provide the information. Do not order from this store—it wastes both your time and money with no results. I placed an order on July 13. Received it around August 5. Requested return on August 6. Finally got the address to send back on August 11. And now, the package still holds at customs.

I ordered a one shoulder dress from Lora Toronto. It arrived within a couple of weeks, however, was cheap material, unlined as stated in the description, and gaping immensely on the zipper side of the dress. I attempted a return with over 20 emails back and forth. They wanted more information every time. Now they aren't responding at all.
Buyer beware. You won't get the easy 30 day return as stated on their website. Saddened and disappointed, I'm out money and still had to buy another dress elsewhere. Terrible business. Do not buy from here!!

Biggest scam site. They claim everywhere they are a Canadian site but they are in act from china. Shipping takes 5 to 6 weeks. Clothing STINKS so bad, wrong colour, wrong sizes and so cheaply made. They refuse to do refunds or returns and offer a ridiculous ammount back for you to keep the clothes. How is this legal? I disputed the charge but they won because i technically recieved the dresses, even though they were wrong colour, horrible made and smelled so bad.

I wish there were a zero rating. They are totally a scam. They sent me garbage and refused to do a refund. Don't buy😭

Got a very poor quality dress. It look totally different from what I ordered.
In addition the zipper isn’t working at all.
Customer service keeps replying that they need time to review my refund request and it’s been almost 2 weeks.
I’ve just disputed the charge with my bank. Let’s see what happens

LORA clothing are scammers. I ordered from them. When I received the items pure garbage. False advertisement, poor quality. I asked them for a return label, they first emailed me offering 10% of the amount and get to keep the items. Once I replied explaining there policies, they replied saying they couldn’t locate my order. Don’t waste your money.

Not at all as described. Horrible quality, looks so cheap. What a waste of money and so disgusting how they offer 10% or ship it back to China on my own dime. DO NOT WAST YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

I purchased dress and it was a horrible experience. First the dress wasn’t as described with big split or opening on a front making impossible to wear without showing stomach. I reached out to customer service to make a return. Extremely poor service -offering 10% discount and keep the dress. The dress had no use for me so I insisted to return and found out they were in China . How pathetic using name Lora Toronto with location in China. Shopping is very expensive so now I am stuck in limbo . Poor quality and poorly designed dresses. I don’t understand how they can advertise their fake company and misleading people with false information regarding returns.

It’s a scam and they should be investigated.

Complete waste of money and time. Order took 6 weeks to finally arrive. Items are cheap garbage; SHEIN offers better quality for a quarter of the price.
Asked for a refund when my order was sent back to the sender by the shipper, but they refused saying it was en route. Now I have to pay MORE to send it back.

Terrible customer service, terrible products. Would not recommend.

Waited about six weeks for three dresses on an order of over $200 Canadian, only two dresses showed up, both in the wrong color and one was completely damaged.. This is an absolute scam. It is from China and absolute garbage quality.

This company is a scam. Dresses are not even close to the photos on their website. Super cheap material and poorly constructed. Returns have to be sent to China at the expense of the customer, which is more expensive than the products themselves. Max they will offer is a 30% refund without return, and you have to fight to get that (they start with an offer of 10% refund). Save your money. Do not purchase from this company.
