The CEO contacted me personally to apologise for a lost delivery and as well as giving me the refund they send me the replacement free of charge. Wow! That's an unbeatable customer service!
I will become a loyal customer.

I’ve been waiting a month for my product. Tracking even stopped. They said they would look into it. Nothing!! I’m out $88.
Run for the hills

I love this supplement as it helps with my sugar cravings. It's got everything I need to aid in me losing some extra pounds put on at Xmas, which saves a small fortune. Delivery is also quick.

This stuff is really great. My whole family are now talking supergreens. The one thing we all agree on is we feel a lot more focused throughout the day. It tastes great and with just two scoops a day it's taking care of our longevity goals.

Great service and a very good worthwhile supplement !

Great taste and it's also great knowing it's providing me with the vitamins I need!!

I started taking magnesium 3 weeks ago. I do work on nights. I have noticed that, the quality of my sleep is batter, I fall asleep quicker and my sleep is better. I have more energy in the morning and I feel rested. I will definitely continue taking magnesium

Excellent combination of 'ingredients' to improve health, thank you!

Haven't been taking long enough to notice effect but I'm hoping it's working well ..

Just started taking the supplements, glad it is in a capsule, easy to open and mix with food.

Really helps works in conjunction with Sea Buckthorn for my dry eyes post contract surgery.

Really love this product, keeps me feeling calm and balanced

Ordered a ridiculously expensive NAD test, only to find out that there is no return postage included and that you have to ship back to the USA. Another cost on an already expensive test. Recommend using Medichecks instead for testing.

I have had a truly positive result from Longevity Box's Met4Min. Reduced cravings and blood sugar balanced. I am so happy and have just put in my 2nd order.

The products are well-branded and, from what I can tell, look legitimate. However, I would take the reviews on the website with a grain of salt as they seem to be solicited in exchange for discounts. The plethora of 5-star reviews for plastic spoons is quite telling, haha.

I was aware that they were a new company, so I overlooked the technical glitches on the website initially. However, the customer service has been horrendous and continues to be so. In my opinion, Max is not well-suited to interact with customers.

There are better companies out there selling British Supplements that have garnered outstanding reviews.

LongevityBox, farewell. You tried and failed.

I have been buying supplements from Longevity Box for around 2 years, and have always been happy with the service and support provided by Max and his team. Whether responding to my questions regarding purity or packaging, or delivery times.

It is very hard to be sure of the individual effectiveness of any supplement, especially as we all interact with our environments in different ways. However, I do know that at 71 I am as fit and healthy as anyone I know, and am happy to believe this is probably in part due my diet including supplements, genes and lifestyle.

Provided I am remain reasonably sure of the science, and the quality of the product, I shall continue to buy a range of supplements from Longevity Box

I placed an order from Longevitybox last year and all I received was a spoon, although they promptly remedied the situation. I cannot confirm, whether or not, the products were what they said they were. The last time I tried to visit the site, for whatever reason, my security software prevented me from doing so, warning me that it was a known dangerous site.
