This is a warning for Diabetics and GlucoClick being sold by Lonetela, or rather Oximeters.

Diabetics, you cannot tell your glucose levels by oxygen saturation with a Pulse Oximeter. Please don't buy these Oximeters for that purpose.
There are no medical researches done on them and there won't be, as Pulse Oximeters are not intended to keep check on glucose levels. It can be extremely dangerous for your health.

If you don't believe me, Google it and read Guys Hosiptal and other statements.

If you have oxygen saturation, you go to your GP to find out why? as it could be many things going on.

Totally wrong product sent, product that I received measures pulse and oxygen levels, NOT blood glucose levels as advertised.
I’ve sent e.mails to them and all have been ignored.

TOTAL SCAM, avoid this company at all cost.

The GlucoClick device sold by LoneTela. Their website advertising shows a completely different device to the device that’s delivered. There is no way this device does what the advert shows. It claims to check blood sugar levels without the need for finger prick testing. All it does is check pulse and O2 levels. I wish i had checked trust pilot before ordering this device. DO NOT order anything from LoneTela. You won’t get what you ordered. i have been offered a 20% refund or i can return the device back to Hong Kong / China at my own expense. Well, woopee doo. I dont think I’ll bother.

I ordered the glucose meter and as previous reviews I also got a pulse meter. I contacted Lonetela and did get a response offering me 20%refund in which I refused. I asked for a refund and they said I could return to an address in china 2nd Floor, Building 16, Jiewei Industry Park, The North Road of Pingxin Road, Pinghu Street, Longang District, Shenzhen, China. At my cost and they wanted the tracking information.

Ordered a GlucoClick got an oximeter emailed 3 times do not touch this company with a barge pole.

This company are blatantly operating a scam, falsely advertising a “Blood Glucose meter” to allow you to monitor your blood glucose level without having to prick your finger. However when you receive your order it is in fact only a Pulse / Oxygen meter which is totally different from the actual meter advertised. When you complain they offer a 20% refund or you have to return the item at you cost for a full refund which you probably won’t receive. Beware of this scam.

Their advertisement is deceiving they advertise a blood sugar finger monitor and you are sent an oxygen and heart beat finger monitor instead. When I asked for a refund as I already have an oxygen and heart monitor they refused offering 20%refund then 50% refund if I returned the monitor which involved shipping charges customer charges and any additional charges. This experience has caused such distress please beware

I also ordered the same Glucoclick and received an ordinary pulse Oximeter! I paid £25,00+Pand P which is now obviously a scam. There is no way to contact Lonetela by phone or address in the UK. .Found out that the company is based in Hong Kong! And no contact details. I`m so annoyed that these people get away with these scams. I ordered in good faith but learned my lesson now .

I responded to their advert for Glucoclick. This claimed to be a way of monitoring blood sugar without finger pricks by using a device similar to but better than a pulse oximeter. The device was pictured in the ad. When it arrived it was just a simple oximeter nothing like the one in the ads. I could not find the trustpilot reviews shown in the ads either. Avoid this scam.
