Misleading Company - Avoid at All Costs

I had a terrible experience with Londons Finest. They present themselves online and on social media such as TikTok as a high-quality UK-based clothing supplier, but this is completely false.

In reality, they’re a Chinese firm selling cheap, low-quality products that are nowhere near what they advertise or portray in their images.

Their customer service is appalling. When I tried to return the goods, they refused to cooperate and instead tried to pressure me into keeping the items by continually offering discounts. It’s clear they care more about trapping customers than resolving issues.

Their poor rating on Trustpilot speaks for itself. Don’t fall for their misleading claims or their underhanded tactics. This company is not to be trusted. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Sizing guide is wrong. I ordered walking trousers. I am uk16. But ordered the XL as though they may come up small. These still did not fit me. I would say they are more a uk14. Customer service which says is 24 hours wasn’t great. I emailed multiple times through their various ways to contact them. Took over 2 weeks to get a response. Their website says money back guarantee. But this is very misleading. I could exchange for a larger size. But would have to pay £9 shipping. They only have stock in China. So was told if I want an exchange I would have to pay shipping which is about £30 to return them. Or I could get 15% of the cost of my item and keep them to give to someone.

Terrible company order still not arrived after 3 weeks they just lie saying it will be here the next day utter cowboys avoid at all costs

They will not refund even though I've sent them proof of postage back to China, in return they keep sending me same email response.

This shit show of a company has absolutely nothing to do with the UK.

Purchased what looked to be a very nice coat prom the picture, wrong, when it arrived terrible material, have asked for a returns form, but from what I have read on this forum it will cost me over £30.00. Don't buy anything from this company.

I made the order on 4th November, never received any email. Luckily I took a screen shot of my oder. After several emails, I received the item today. How ever it's the wrong colour. I have emailed again, waiting for a reply. I will not be able to wear this, it's a disgusting bright yellow colour. I had ordered pink, which I had clearly mentioned in my email. They have blocked me on FB as I said what they've done. Very bad customer service.

This company has ripped me off to. The coat that turned up is small and thinner than a cardigan. I can’t believe I fell for the waffle again If the company had and screwpals it would return our money

It's not 100% a scam because you do get a product.
But the material on the hoodies is worse than polyester, just utter garbage
Both hoodies started to fall apart after a single wash so they're now bedding for my dog.
Ignore the clever advertising on social media, they're utter rubbish

This company is a complete scam, making things up so they wouldn't have to accept a return. Extremely poor customer service, avoid at all cost.

Further to my first review I emailed several times to get the return address in China, without success. They kept sending me out standard replies offering so much % off. Additionally, saying to write £10 on custom note as they could
get lost. No confidence in their own return process. I paid £39.95 for boots,
down from £80. They offered 40% off so eventually I have taken it, even though they are not comfortable or what I had expected. I thought they were like a pair I have had for years.
Today, I took them out of their returns pack and then I had to put the laces in. I have done one boot and now side zip
does not work. Please do not buy from this company.

This is basically a scam. My walking trousers are made of cheap material and a poor fit. When I emailed them for a returns label (as per their website) I had a reply saying all returns are processed through China, which can cost up to $30. Their alternative is to refund 15% of the cost and I give my trousers to a friend!
My advice is not to go near them.

This is a scam where they miss advertise items, then when they come and you are dissatisfied with the quality, they charge $35 for the return to disincentivise you returning at all. These need to be reported to trading standards . They appear to be in China through. Beware and do not order, this Is a scam.

Appalling quality. I came across these on Instagram, really nice photos of what are in fact total rubbish. I waited a long time for these plastic boots advertised as ‘leather’. They are the worst quality product I’ve ever seen. I emailed for return details and they replied asking for a photo of them on my feet. I want my money back. Luckily I paid by credit card so there’s a chance I can get a charge back for misrepresentation as the boots were advertised as leather but are in fact plastic.

Avoid at all costs. Clothing is poor and substandard to say the least. Takes weeks to arrive and then the quality is non existent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Total scam!! I too wish I had read the reviews before sending them my details. Now trying to get them to answer my emails and return my monies. Beware, this is the second company that I have encountered by ordering through a FB post (rarely order online anyway and for a thoughtless trusting moment did it twice in one day!).

Bought a fleece top of them, absolutely cheap rubbish, supposed to be red but was the foulest shade of brown, did bother with trying to return it, you have to pay postage to China. Avoid at all costs.

I never leave reviews, but have been well and truly scammed for the first time so feel the need to warn! My comments are pretty much the same as every other comment on here, paid £50 for a coat that looked lovely on the FB shop ad, I even read the reviews on FB so they obvs filter out all the bad ones. Waited almost 3 wks and received what looked like a cheap hoodie that I wouldnt put on my dog. Website claims a 14 day money back guarantee. LIES. It will cost you £30 to return. Stay away at all costs

CHEAP CRAP, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, COST MORE TO RETURN THAN BUY. WISH ID OF READ REVIEWS FIRST, THEY ARE ALL TRUE

Absolute rip off, dont go anywhere near it please...substandard products with returns that you have to pay for...in CHINA
