Couldn’t recommend Troy and the team any more highly. Moving us stressful at the best of times, but we were caught in a difficult situation and needed to move a day earlier than planned. I called them at 9:30AM and they arrived 12:30 to help my girlfriend pack and move.

My girlfriend said they were incredibly professional and helpful and they managed to get the packing and the move all done for the quote price - no hidden extras or time wasting.

Easily my best experience with movers and would happily use for our next move.

Troy and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Communication was clear, they arrived on time, and worked quickly and professionally throughout the move. Everything was handled with care and they even reassembled furniture, which made a huge difference on a long, stressful day. They really took the pressure off and made the whole process smooth and manageable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone moving.

I have used London Removal teams twice in the past 6 months. Both times the teams helping me have been great! I requested assistance for shrink wrapping my furniture and they did a great job of packing everything neatly in preparation for storage. The team are very conscious and respectful when handling personal items. Everything was handled with care and nothing is thrown about.They work diligently and efficiently. Second time round they managed to arrange a removal for me at a very short notice. I would definitely recommend using their services, especially to anyone local. Brilliant service, the guys moved some large & awkward office furniture for me at relatively short notice. They worked long hours and kept in touch throughout the process. Great group of guys. The office support from Shannon was also helpful and accommodating. I would definitely use them again if needed.

My experience with London Removals couldn't be better. My move took place in two parts, one part moving house within London, the second - the porters help with unloading the van coming from abroad.
The communication and booking process was easy and clear. Shannon was very helpful at every stage and she even went extra mile when it came to the short notice booking for a next day porters at 9:30 pm. The crew that helped with both stages of removal were very helpful, timely and professional. They helped with organising the space in my flat to put furniture in the right place, assembly and removing packing materials even in the man&van option late at night. I would strongly recommend them and will use the London Removals services in future.

I have used London Removals on two occasions now and both times have been very happy with the service received. The removal men were very punctual, polite and good intentions. Going above and beyond in order to ensure that I was a satisfied customer at the end of the job.

Amazing experience from start to finish. The customer service organising the quote with Shannon to the removal team who arrived and packed the day before and the team who delivered the day after. We had soooo many stairs and they never complained. They took down our wardrobe and bed and put back together. Great service for a 1.5 bedroom flat! Local team too - support small local businesses!

The guys acted professionally and speedily on my furniture being moved from storage to our new flat. The small things of additional parts on legs being added was welcome.
The only slight negative was the timing of arrival , which due to loading was an hour and a bit after my expectation but once there everything went smoothly .

This is the 2nd time I have used London Removals. They are responsive, clear with guidance, and prompt on the day with a phone call beforehand. The removal team are polite and repsectful of my belongings
