TLDR: a good match for a good quality perfume I was married to that was discontinued a decade ago. All the nostalgia and memories. Excellent process, as rather than paying for a full sized bottle with a money back guarantee, the 10ml tester is delivered for just £15. The tester atomiser is a bit cheap but the perfume is very good quality and long lasting, so judgement reserved on this only negative until I purchase the full sized version!

MY STORY: I discovered my favourite perfume (la prairie life threads silver) in 2010, but by 2016 it had been discontinued. I've not felt 'myself' in other perfumes I had left over from before, and all the airport departures involved looking for something similar, or something new I loved. I just stopped wearing perfume.
I found a couple of bottles at inflated price online recently but no guarantee it would be the genuine stuff in the bottle, but a different company popped up on my socials. Unfortunately they didn't have an 'inspired by' for my perfume, but it helped me to find LPF.
I love the way it works - just £15 for a sample size but only if THEY WERE CONFIDENT they could match it or they refund you the £15quid. It was easy to 'risk' just £15 after years of looking.. Honestly just something similar that I liked would be good enough at this point, so my expectations were reasonable.
It arrived within a week, I opened the box and was hit full force by memories and nostalgia. I've worn it every day since, and my husband said I smell like me again.
The perfume quality seems really good as I can often still smell it the next day from just one pump.
I considered dropping a star (4 stars) as the atomiser for the tester is a bit cheap, it dispenses a wet "large-drop" spritz rather than a mist, but for £15 including postage, I decided a cheap atomiser for the first 10ml is a good business choice, assuming the full size bottle is better quality.

Absolutely love these perfumes, I have so many of them and they smell exactly the same as the ones I buy from a reputable perfumery and last just as long, if not longer. I order all my perfume from here now and would not go anywhere else. I especially like the Loumade 293 which is identical to the Louise Vuitton oud ombre. Every time I wear this I get so many comments and as I transfer the perfume into the smaller sprays, I always take it out with me and give people a spray, these people are now also buying from LPF thank you for the excellent Customer Service.

I ordered 30ml of inspired by sauvage elixir and inspired by silver mountain water. The sauvage elixir smells horrible and way too heavy with spice. The only reason I have given 2 stars is that the silver mountain water smelled moderately similar to the original, though it is ridiculously strong and sweet and makes me feel ill being near it. I reached out by email and haven’t received a response. I would be interested in getting a refund if possible.

This is my 2nd order- the first wasnt delivered by the courier. And guess what....this one ended up being delivered to a pick up point miles from my house, when I had asked for delivery to my home address!
Two out of two pretty poor service.
Last time the company sent me a complimentary bottle to say sorry. I am NOT looking for a freebie I want a refund for something I haven't received and I am not able to collect from the pick up point, because unlike DHL and this company im busy at work doing my job right!!
Ive tried calling the MOBILE number listed for the company only for it to go straight through to a generic voicemail by the service provider.
Refund please!!

So pleasantly surprised! Used the “request a fragrance” service for a fragrance that I can’t get hold of here in the UK. Arrived today- it’s so perfect and I’ve already placed two more orders!

I've purchased many perfumes from familiar companies you see on social media but nothing comes close to LPF.

Perfume Factory is by far the closest you can get to the original.

I’ve been using this company for many years now, and I honestly don’t think I’ll ever switch to another brand. The quality is always consistent, the scents last long, and the price is very reasonable. They also have a wide variety of fragrances, and I’ve become genuinely passionate about many of them. Because of that, I’m not even interested in trying other perfumes. Highly recommended!

The discontinued cologne they made for me is spot on , delivery a bit longer than I thought but worth waiting for

I liked that this company could make a discontinued perfume for me. This cost £13.99 including postage which was reasonable.
I then had the choice of ordering either 2 x 100ml bottles for £60. Or 4 x 50 ml bottles for £65, both including free shipping.
I ordered 4 x 50ml as smaller bottles are easier to carry. However I only received 2 x 50ml bottles. So I’ve paid £79 in total so this has worked out quite expensive. I have emailed the company but had no response so far. Just be aware of this. I won’t be ordering again. I’m very disappointed

Meh….. can’t say I’m very impressed , wish I’d just bought the real thing . Scent also wears off fast.

Amazing perfumes, long lasting and so many options available! You get the chance to visit the shop in person or order online. LPF is all i wear now. Friends and family also love them too.

I did write an extremely negative review based on my experience, however the company has since contacted me and offered refund and compensation. Admittedly it was months afterwards, but the communication was excellent and they ensured I was happy with how I was compensated. 🙂
