I want to start with the coffee itself is amazing! One of the best I’ve tried so far. I honestly love love love it
Their customer care however….
I ordered 2 lots of sachets on 9th April (very excited to receive)
Order was finally delivered 18th April. While I don’t expect next day delivery this just seemed far too long. Especially since their delivery states 1-2 days!
I chased my order twice!
First time no response-no update nothing just ignored.
The second time they did email back stating they are sorry that they had missed emailing me back and they would send a few extra sachets as an apology for taking so long and the lack of update.
This didn’t happen! So why say it if you didn’t intend to do it?
Now, I’m not annoyed about the freebies it’s more about their customer care. I honestly feel they do not care and I don’t trust what they say.
Very disappointed at the moment. It’s a real shame because the coffee is incredible.
Hopefully the service improves for customers

I experienced jitters and strong palpitations.
I’m extremely disappointed with this product and honestly feel misled. The marketing presents it as a great alternative for people who can’t drink coffee, which is exactly why I decided to try it. I avoid caffeine because it causes unpleasant side effects, so I trusted those claims.
After buying a mixed box, I realized that one of the products (“Mojo”) is actually around 86% coffee with caffeine. That completely contradicts the idea of it being a coffee alternative. This information is not clearly communicated, and it feels very misleading.
Even worse, after trying just one, I experienced jitters and strong palpitations, exactly the kind of reaction I get from regular coffee and was trying to avoid. It was very uncomfortable and concerning.
If you’re sensitive to caffeine or looking for a true non-coffee alternative, be careful—this product does not match its claims. I would not recommend it.

The 86% figure you mentioned refers to the ingredient breakdown within each individual Mojo sachet. All of our blends do still contain caffeine, with around 80-110mg per serving - about the same as a regular cup of coffee (caffeine levels can vary naturally). There are good synergies between adaptogens and caffeine - together they can help us to enjoy the benefits of caffeine whilst minimising side effects such as jitters/anxiety by helping to balance our cortisol (stress hormone), we can also enjoy coffee without a crash as adaptogens can help give us sustained natural energy.
We love these synergies and many of our customers enjoy our blends as a more balanced part of their routine. That said, we completely understand that everyone is unique. For those who are a little more sensitive to caffeine, we’d usually recommend starting with half a sachet per cup. Our Zen blend in particular could be a better fit for you - with L-theanine and Ashwagandha, it's designed to help us stay calm, alert and balanced throughout the day 🙏✨

Do not use
Do not use, unclear that you are being signed up for a subscription and then difficult to cancel. If this had just happened to me fair enough could have been user error. However this has happened to a few family and friends which suggests the website is not clear. To then not give the option to cancel via your website is not good.

I am really disappointed in this…
I am really disappointed in this company because I received a trial link to receive a few sachets to test them out and I was really excited to try them out but when I want on to the website it did not work at all, the ‘add to basket’ button wasn’t doing anything, it acted like a picture instead of a link. So I contacted both companies a while ago about this issue and I’ve heard absolutely nothing back. So I’m not keen on purchasing from them if I can’t even get a taster or help from customer services.

Great Product
Coffee arrived, nicely presented, smells and tastes great, very good adaptogen coffee. As a regular coffee drinker I do like decent coffee, but this has an added effect which is very beneficial. Will be ordering more.

Great tasting coffee that gives you focus and clarity
My friend gave me one of these coffees when I was flagging in a lecture. I was hesitant at first but the taste was probably the best coffee I’ve tasted with a real chocolate smell. I spent the rest of the afternoon, focused, engaged and physically felt so much better. I have since had one each morning and it has improved how I apply myself at work. Have since recommended to anyone who will listen.

I rarely leave reviews but I thought…
I rarely leave reviews but I thought it’s worth mentioning how happy I am with my coffee. I have all blends at home and I enjoy the taste of it. Initially I tried it just with water which was ok but when I used nut milk was amazing. For me it taste a bit like a chocolate .
I am sensitive to caffeine so thanks to this coffee I no longer have a shaky feeling .

Our forever coffee
We have tried almost every brand of mushroom coffee through out 2025 from Jan: - Nov : as we were looking for the perfect taste & ingredients that ticked all the boxes , and in the last month of the year i came across London Nootropics and finally found the forever brand . How did I live before I discovered this coffee?
As a busy nhs nurse I rely heavily on caffeine, but this fabulous coffee with the added benefits of potent plant powered adaptogens is an absolute game changer. No caffeine jitters, stable energy, great taste and such fantastic customer service- I’ve been a subscriber for years and I wouldn’t be without my London nootropics

Great coffee and customer service
I’ve been a regular customer of London Nootropics for quite some time, and I’m pleased to say that my recent issue was handled well. Although my original order arrived with some items missing, the company apologised promptly and sent the missing part of the order without delay. I appreciate the effort they put into resolving the situation.
Their coffee has always been excellent, and this positive response has reminded me why I’ve supported them for so long. It also highlights how essential genuine human customer service is to any successful company. Thoughtful, human interaction builds trust, encourages loyalty, and ensures customers feel understood, something no automated system can fully replace.
Overall, I’m grateful for the prompt resolution and happy to continue enjoying their products.

Is there a better coffee in London? I highly doubt it. I've been buying from the website for over a year and it's just amazing coffee. The 3 blends are incredible (the smell is phenomenal ha)
