Unprofessional, predatory behaviour and property damage. Ignored by management.
I am deeply shocked by the total failure of service and lack of basic decency from London Man and Van. I had a major move scheduled a couple of weeks ago while managing health issues.
The moving crew turned up with an undersized van despite a full video inventory being sent beforehand. Because I refused to hand over un-invoiced cash on the street to cover their own logistical failures, the team leader became aggressive. While I was attempting to travel to the hospital, the crew surrounded me to demand cash tips, later harassing my friend to call me while I was in the Emergency Department to demand more money. The team leader then insulted me to my friend, asking if I was "always so rude" because I insisted on a formal invoice through the office.
They worked without protective equipment and broke my furniture. I specifically paid a £60 premium for extra insurance to protect my belongings. I have sent video proof of the damage alongside a formal complaint detailing this predatory behaviour, and management has completely ignored me. They are happy to take your money (and your insurance premiums) but will completely abandon you and go silent if their team damages your property or harasses you. Disgraceful company.
