Fire Risk Assessment - Excellent service and advice
London Energy Surveys conducted a fire risk assessment for our building. They were very professional and provided very good advice on how to resolve outstanding issues. They were very helpful with follow up questions for the remedial work which we weren't aware of.
I would highly recommend London Energy Surveys. A sensible price and an excellent level of service. It was a pleasure to deal with them.

I used this firm for my property rentals and found them to be really efficient, quick to respond and extremely helpful. Andrew visited the property shortly after I booked and produced the report the following day. A very professional business which I highly recommend.

An excellent experience
I contacted LES by email one mroning and received a reply within a few hours. The inspection was scheduled for two days after my response and carried out quickly and promptly by Trevor, who was most helpful and efficient. I received the invoice the next day, paid it immediately and received an email showing the certificate and proof of its registration within a few hours. The whole process was quick and efficient, and cheaper than most other firms. Thank you Andrew and Trevor.

Andrew from London Energy Surveys completed my building Fire Risk Assessment so professionally and provided valuable recommendations to improve fire safety. They promised to deliver the report within 2 days and the report was already in my inbox early morning as promised. Andrew handled the entire process and the visit in such a friendly manner with passing lot of knowledge and provided genuine reasons for all recommendations. London Energy Surveys has been providing EPC’s since their conception in 2008, as you can see from all the previous reviews, we are a 5* rated company.
You have given us a 1-star review not based on our services, as we did not actually carry out a survey on your property.
We have looked for your email enquiry and cannot find anything with your name on it.
Labelling us useless, for not responding to an email that we did not receive is a bit harsh.
If you did send us an email enquiry and you had not heard from us within a day you could have called us on our landline number or sent us another email. Please note, we have not had any other clients reports such issues.
We pride ourselves on our customer services, and always try to get back to customers the same day.
Excellent service.
The experience working with London Energy Surveys is incredible. The service provided by Mr. Andrew was excellent. We have been working with London Energy Surveys Ltd for the last two years and we highly recommend the company.

Happy to recommend. Andrew has been so very resourceful, has worked with me to give independent and practical advice. Has been helpful to work with a company which is familiar with the different licences. LES provided a thorough written assessment within days, with recommendations and timescales. Rather than a one-off exercise, they review and update the assessment as the actions are completed. Will be working continuously with LES over the foreseeable future .
Strongly advise to stay away from companies who up sell.
