I just used the services of London Efficiency for the second time and it was as good as the first time. On this occasion, David came to fix a leaking isolator value and serviced the boiler too. Everything was done within 35 minutes, no hassle, no fuss, just a great job done and I am very happy.

I can not recommend the team highly enough for any plumbing/boiler work that you might need, from the moment you call the company to receiving the invoice, everything was fantastic.

Fantastic service by London Efficiency from booking appointment to execution, they are top of the league, always quick, helpful, competent and very pleasant. I have used them for over 6 years from installing new boiler, fixing broken pipes, fixing radiators every job was done perfectly and I never had problems afterwards. Also respectful of the property.
You know you are in good hands with this company, I could not recommend them highly enough!

Amazing service. I had a problem with my boiler where it wasn't heating the radiator but was heating the water and underfloor heating. They didn't have anyone available for 2 days however said they will get a plumber to call and then FaceTime me within the next hour to see if they could get me up and running on the radiators. He called and thought he had the issue isolated, so we then did a FaceTime and went through some checks and got it up and running.

Fantastic experience! I had an error on my boiler and my sister had recommended London Efficiency. After sending them a message after they’d closed, they still responded, and managed to help me fix the error remotely as they didn’t have any availability to send anyone out. I managed to fix the issue thanks to their step by step guidance. They suggested having the boiler serviced and I scheduled that in for less than a week after the boiler issue. The technician arrived promptly and worked quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them as a company and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Very difficult access to a leaking concealed cistern. The guys from L.E. Completed the repair and afterwards you would not have known they had been here, everything left clean and tidy.
It took a while to resolve but they did it. Many thx.

What would it take to get my order ..boy holding a jar of fireflys . A pleasure to deal with from start to finish. We had a new Vaillant Boiler to install and LE were on the Vaillant recommended list. Thoroughly professional from the original survey and quote (Kenny), to Back Office billing and scheduling (Jade and Fiona) and installation and test (Kit and Richard). Looked after our property with great care. Highly recommended

Having been a long standing clients, we are sorry to say how seriously disappointed we are not to have received the level of service we had grown to expect from London Efficiency. We called twice and left messages to complain about an issue with our boiler that had not been resolved and were assured that Kenny would get back to us and actually spoke to Kenny who said he would look into it and get back to us but never did.

Engineers prompt, courteous, efficient, as per the company name. Dispatcher was quite nice and provided the quickest and most affordable service, rearranged for our convenience. Definitely recommend and would use again without the lengthy search and screening of competitors.

Efficient service: plumber arrived on time, was courteous, did the job, and clear up any mess.
