Speedy delivery - which was key for me after being let down by another supplier. Good range at a good price.

Without warning, it arrived - nobody home !!
I did not get any warning of the pending delivery. I just got the news after delivery, and as such, we could not get a neighbour to take it in and put it in the fridge. Thus, it was left out all day, was still cool (just) by the time my mate got home and took it in immediately. SMS and e-mail might help, but also a message that it was out for delivery would be enormously helpful.

Please note that dispatch emails with tracking details are still sent automatically — though on occasion they may land in junk folders.

Baerii Caviar
This was my very first purchase from the London Caviar Company, and I couldn’t be happier. I chose the Baerii Caviar, and the taste was absolutely delightful—subtle, smooth, and refined. It even brought back fond memories of my childhood experiences with caviar. While this time I ordered it mainly for health and dietary reasons, it turned out to be such a wonderful treat.
The caviar arrived beautifully wrapped, wonderfully fresh, and I have to admit, the can didn’t last more than an hour in the fridge!
A big thank you to both the London Caviar Company and the courier team for such fantastic service.

Warm Caviar and missing items for my wedding
I order caviar and a mother of pearl spoon. The caviar arrived warm and the gel pack completly defrosted.I was told the spoons were out of stock, but coming back in the following day and would be shipped to me urgently
2 weeks later and after trying to get in contact I still haven't heard anything and my order has still not arrived.

The caviar, which was delivered overnight and is a salted product, will be absolutely fine for consumption.
