Unresponsive, incur costs, unprofessional. Would not recommend

What went wrong? - more like what went right. The flat we were given had no hot wafer, no heating, windows didn’t open, youths selling weed outside my door, threatening us - we had to call the police, fridge de-frosted with all of our Christmas food - had to go to the Salvation Army to get some soup on Christmas Day; The youths were KO’d on ballons outside our door and left rubbish everywhere, the bin area were full of rats and stank. Homeless man asleep in our foyer with his bum out. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, if you property management over the phone I’d sooner ask the homeless man in the foyer x oh also don’t bother booking any music events, you’ll get it from the neighbours!:)

I’ve been recently informed by one of the terrible staff who work for this company that the information in the contract we signed with them was merely a “suggestion”. They take up to 2 months to respond to emails, were asked to change names on a lease and even after the extortionate charge for the privilege they said it would be “a pointless endeavour”. The house is falling apart, they do nothing to fix any of the persistent issues we’ve been dealing with for the last 2 years and now we are being evicted because we did not agree to their ridiculous raise in our rent. If you see this company, RUN AWAY.

London Move communicate very thoroughly and professionally. They were easy to get ahold of, and clearly communicated between us and the landlord through the process of applying for the property, completing the lease, and moving in. Fatih and Marley were both easygoing and professional, and made the process smooth and relatively simple.

They made our move really quick and easy and worked really hard to make our transition as smooth as possible. There were a few hiccups on our end but they were so grate and made the move happen. We would definitely recommend these two to any new tenants working with London Move. Thank you so much!

Horrible agency with terrible practices. They display a complete lack of concern for your well-being. We have been left dealing with dangerous mold for months.
At first, they disregarded the fact that we were flooded by our upstairs neighbor. Only after numerous requests did they finally acknowledge the severity of the problem.
It took them months to take any action to make the bathroom safe and usable.
Honestly, this has been the worst experience I've ever had with agencies, and I've been renting in London for quite some time

Have been with London Move rental for a year as landlord, and the director also represented my property prior since the mid 2000s. They are passionate about their jobs and I have been very satisfied with the service and support provided.

We absolutely love Abdul and Fatih. This is the second home they have found us and we were happy and relieved to be able to stay with their agency. They're on it with their communication, got us in first for the viewing and quickly sorted everything to be able to secure it. If ever there are issues, we are able to give them a call and they're always friendly, empathetic and quick to find a resolution. Thanks guys - we love our new home.
