DO NOT BUY from this company. Quality of clothes is poor, when you eventually receive them. They do respond relatively quickly to emails but they do everything they can to keep your money. Returning clothes is problematic and cost £10 to return. For me it’s the poor quality and shape of their clothes. I also bought a necklace which looks great in the photo but cheap and tacky in reality.
I bought a £39.99 dress from London Alice. It was really poor quality. They shipped it from China and then refused a refund. Do not buy from this company. The glossy photos do not match the product.
Don’t buy from this company, a complete scam! I ordered a dress which took 3 weeks to arrive. I wanted to send it back due to it not suiting me.I requested for the return address and said I would send it back at my cost. But after loads of emails back and forth they will not allow me to send it back to get a full refund. They are now offering 50% of my cost back. What a joke! Please don’t but from them!!!!!!

What a waste of time and money, this dress is the cheapest material possible. It is shapeless and oversized and just awful. Don't waste your money the returns policy is so bad
Not cheap yet arrived and make Shein look like high quality. The website is a scam, not reflective of the items in the slightest. Return costs are so high you can't send items back. Despite being named Alice London, you have to pay tracked return to China in order to return.
Alice of London - awful experience don’t buy from them. Dress arrived and is nothing like the Instagram Advert or website. I did check the website and returns policy before ordering as I was sceptical. I should have know better but loved the look of the dress. Cheep material, white stitching on a colourful dress, no structure, design not as seen on site, sleeves were different etc. I asked for a refund if I sent at my cost back to China!! Protracted e mails backward and forwards offering me to keep it and get a voucher / gift. I wanted my money back and was happy to return the item as I wouldn’t sell onto someone else and that is now just going to be recycled. They refused a full refund and eventually offered me a 50% refund. Buyer beware. Looks like a quality London brand, prices are not that and neither is their product or values.
Poor quality, bad sizing. No return info, just told to email. Got auto response requesting further £10 payment and they would send another size. Responded that wanted to return and get refund. Sent same email again. Responded again that wanted refund and got email stating they were a small family run business and would offer me free postage for return. Responded that I agree to this. Received further email asking what size I wanted another dress in. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. Do not buy anything from them!
Ordered a dress, took ages to arrive. When it came it was squashed into a plastic envelope. It didn't resemble anything like the picture on the website and the quality was shocking. I fell for this being a London store, it's not !
