Lola's - Lola's Westfield White City Anmeldelser

Enjoyed petite test cake and it was moist

My mum and I had such a lovely experience at Lola’s in Westfields White City especially thanks to Gabriel. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. He really took the time to listen to what I was looking for with my cake and was so helpful in explaining the different sizes and flavours available.

What I appreciated most was how genuinely lovely and caring he was. He didn’t make me feel rushed at all and actually took the time to understand what I wanted, which made the whole experience so much easier. He was friendly, patient and very welcoming, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my choice and order.

Gabriel is a real credit to Lola’s and made what could have been a stressful decision really enjoyable. Thank you so much for all your help and for making me feel so well looked after. I would definitely recommend Lola’s cakes!
As usual the cake was outstanding , beautifully decorated, so soft and moist. Overall just stunning. Nothing beats Lola’s cakes. Looking forward to ordering more cakes for future events.
Thank you so much.

I got a surprise carrot cake for my sister, her favorite! It was ready for pickup way faster than the original time slot. The cake was fresh, super tasty, and honestly amazing! It even stayed delicious as leftovers in the fridge for two days.👌🏻

Great design, lovely vivid colours. True to Cars character and imagery. Lovely light texture and great tasting cake.

Excellent service with delicious fresh tasting cakes!! This is definitely my good to bakery for now

Lovely service .. good cup cakes enjoyed

It was very quick to pick up my cake. The people were very kind and helpful

Great service and very delicious cakes and cupcakes!

The cupcake was crumbling and falling apart all over the place and the frosting tasted too artificial and not fresh. I wasn't impressed by how they normally are if made to order and overpriced for what they're worth. Kind of sad.

It was a very special day for my daughter's 5th Birthday thanks in part to the wonderful looking/tasting Frozen-themed cake. Very happy with the smooth process and easy collection (my mum collected it for me). Thank you guys at Lola's Westfield.

Great brownies for friend!
Collected on day, great taste

Love Lolas! Popular favourite for me are the red velvet cupcakes (both regular and gluten free are great). My all time favourite however are the cheesecakes. Need to have these stocked more often is my only complaint (noting it needs a fridge). Recently tried the lemon cupcake and it was really really good flavour.

The cake was ready to collect on time, the cake looked fantastic and tasted delicious

We love Lola cakes
Thank you for the NHS discount which made the cake affordable. Collection in Westfield was nice and easy

My service was iffy in the centre so as a result I tried to ask the last behind the counter if there was anyway she could check if I had an account for me. She begrudgingly searched for me after instead of politely asking I spell my email demanded it in a rude tone.

I’ve never really used my loyalty card so didn’t understand there system or if I had any points or my birthday cupcake, (seeing as it was my birthday) this didn’t help the lady to calm down and explain and rather she treated me like I was an idiot and didn’t expand on what my points would do or what it would take off.

Not the first time someone’s been rude at that location. I once had to point and explain the cupcake I wanted 5 times before actually getting the one I wanted to the lady serving me. As she kept trying to put into the box one I did not want.

Good taste, good promotion.
