Lola's - Lola's Selfridges London Anmeldelser 

First time tasting Lola’s cupcakes in Selfridges on a recent trip to London. I had a gluten free red velvet and my daughter had regular and we both said they were the most delicious we’d ever tasted. So good that we had to look for them in other locations on our visit. Unfortunately no delivery options for Northern Ireland.

The staffs were okay

I ordered 12 Lola's cupcakes online (2 boxes of 6). Lola's online support by phone was polite and very helpful. All my queries were answered.
When I tried to collect the cakes on 19th July from Selfridges, the store was closed due to the global IT issue. I called Lola's helpline. They called me back and told me that the issue had been resolved and I could go and collect the cakes. The staff on the Lola's cakes counter in Selfridges were also very poliite and helpful in fulfilling my order. I would suggest for improvement for Lola's online to allow smaller quanity order, less than six in a box

Honestly the staff in selfridges were amazing, I was worried I wasn’t going to get there on time so I ran out of my uber just at it hit so road works, I made it just in time, they gave me water and instructioned me not to run with the cake

Lola's makes scrumptious cakes and they look amazing - no doubt about that. I bought a medium-size Fresh Berry cake (supposedly for up to 14 people but could feed more) and everyone loved it.

However, when you look at the ingredients list, those wonderful cake look a lot less appealing. They are absolutely full of additives and should therefore be classed as ultra-processed food - dangerous to one's health. That is a shame as they taste so good. Why not get rid of the nasties?

The cake was absolutely delicious! It was a vegan gluten free chocolate cake & it did not have any after tastes & dryness that sometimes come with cakes being vegan AND gluten free! Would order it again & again

Vegan cake was very delicious. The cake was ready earlier than expected and was made and packaged really well. We were also able to buy a good variety of cupcakes in store which was great. Staff were very professional and cared about cake transportation.

Lovely tasting cupcakes (as always with Lola's) the Pride theme looked brilliant too.

Amazing quality and design that made birthday day extra special

Great experience with ordering my daughter's bday cake. Was ready on time, managed to place order late at night, someone always answered phone and got reminders to pick up when it was ready. Very good customer service.

This is my fourth time purchasing cakes from Lola’s Cupcakes - 10/10 quality, will always be coming back for the special occasions.

Amazing service and the cupcakes are delicious! We ordered a dozen for my friend’s baby shower. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour, called up and they were so nice about changing it for me. Would always recommend!

I ordered personalised birthday cupcakes for a friend through the website and they were (obviously) very delicious! I was a bit disappointed to see the icing colour they chose for the hand-piped messages were BEIGE, given it was for a birthday - they could have chosen red or blue or any other colourful icing. I couldn't do much about it as I had collected them on the day I wanted to give them to my friend. I've just checked the website and it doesn't give you an option to choose the icing colour, nor does it tell you what colour icing the writing will be, or let you leave a note for them before you place your order. I'm sure this can be easily rectified and this wouldn't stop me from ordering through Lola's again but I would hold off on personalised cakes until this improvement has been made.
