Purchased a banana dessert pot which was delicious. Fresh bananas, soft sponge and sweet caramel all presented in a decent size pot. Will definitely be buying this again!!!

Lola’s began back in 2006 with a simple aim: to bake beautiful, fresh cakes every day. Starting as a small bakery, we quickly grew and went on to open flagship store in Selfridges and, today, we have over 30 locations in and around London!
Freshness has always been at the heart of what we do. We bake around the clock to ensure our customers receive the very best cupcakes and cakes for every occasion. A commitment that still defines who we are today.
We care deeply about the experience each customer has with Lola’s. From baking and decorating, to carefully loading orders onto our own fleet of dedicated drivers, every step is designed to make sure each delivery is as special as it should be. Ordered a cake from Lola's Brentcross…
Ordered a cake from Lola's Brentcross it was a fresh cream cake unfortunately had some feed back that it was too dense and over creamed. Just left feedback with customer service, they took the advise and said they would pass the message to the store for further orders. Unfortunately will not be ordering from Lolas again.

I am very sorry for any disappointment experienced on this occasion.
We currently do not offer any cakes prepared with fresh cream. We offer cakes with buttercream, cream cheese or ganache icing.

Second year of ordering this birthday cake. Son enjoyed his birthday cake and we were able to share it as it’s gluten-free. Delicious cake. Service was excellent from order to collection.

A super Frozen Disney cake. The staff at Brent Cross were amazing in packing it carefully to ensure it was protected for the big day. Can’t recommend Lola’s and the staff at Brent Cross more!

Cakes taste as good as they look!
Thank you for a beautiful two tier ruffles & ribbons cake -moist sponge lovely buttercream. Everyone enjoyed it and it stayed fresh in the fridge for days.
One improvement would be more raspberry jam inside to balance the flavour a little more please 😊

I am sorry to hear that you found the cake to taste not as fresh as usual, and that it appeared quite crumbly and dry to eat. This is not something that is a usual occurrence with our cakes and is not up to our usual standards and we regret that we did not meet these expectations on this occasion.
I can assure you that all our products are baked fresh for the day of delivery but i will pass this feedback onto our bakery.

The cake was beautiful but the topping were spoiled
The cake was visually beautiful and looked very appealing. However, the raspberries on top were starting to go off and had visible mould, so I had to remove them before lighting the candles. Aside from that, the cake itself was moist and tasted okay overall.
