It was expensive to ship to the US but the products are lovely and the shipping was quicker and better packed than many domestic orders!

Unreliable
I ordered cards on 17th August .They were promised for 21st but I have been VERY badly let down They say they may not come until 28th August .This is an unacceptable time to wait. I have not even been given the courtesy of a reason why I have no cards. I would never trust this company again and won't be ordering further cards .As a first time customer I feel extremely let down and very disappointed ..

Hi Jean, we are sorry to receive your review and sincerely disappointed to hear that you never received your cards. We are not able to find your order under your name and therefore cannot check on the tracking.
We send out all of our orders with Royal Mail tracked services, and once they leave us, unless a customer lets us know, we are not aware of orders that are delayed or not delivered. We have a dedicated customer service email address on our website, and we always resolve issues swiftly and with kindness, we understand things sometimes do not always go to plan with the mail.
As a small company, in challenging times, customer service is important to us and we would really like to resolve your issue.
