easy ordering and prompt deliver as planned

Fast delivery. A well stacked pallet of nice dry logs ready for the fire. I will use them again.

Kiln dried logs were delivered quickly in a polythene protected wrapping to keep moisture out.
Always seem to be a value for money product that burns well and a good heat output.

Good quality firewood at a good price. Careful stacking means that their crates contain a lot more logs than you'd think. You get to choose delivery slot and their couriers are polite and efficient when unloading!

Been using them for about 4 years. Easy to order, excellent quality wood and the delivery drivers always go out of their way to make sure the wood is left just where you want it.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Excellent service as always

Quality logs and delivered on time , very helpful delivery

Easy to order turned up on time, courier had a bit of trouble getting the logs of the truck (it was only his 2nd day) but he was very polite and helpful and put the logs where I wanted them - a good experience all round!

Driver was good and always helpful on the phones. Really helped out and managed to get the pallet in my garage.

Great to see people go the extra mile

Good quality seasoned oak logs, delivered spot on time for a good price.

Excellent service and good quality wood, burns well.
An error was made with the delivery but it was quickly rectified and some extra logs thrown in for the inconvenience.

Beautifully packaged and arrived on time and without any fuss.

A great, tightly packed stack of logs. Trying a maxi pallet of birch this year. Last year I had the maxi pallet of economy logs which lasted through winter. Delivery was easy and the delivery driver parked them exactly were i wanted them in the garage. Thankyou

Fast delivery; logs placed where I asked; quick email response to a question I asked about disposing of the pallet.

Should of been a five star experience, but product was delivered on a blue pallet in which I struggled to get rid of

Top quality logs, excellent delivery. We purchase every year from here. Highly recommended.

As usual very good.
Easy to order. Price at time of order better than competitors.
Delivered on requested day. Driver very helpful.

The pallet of logs was delivered as expected and on time. It was well packaged and the logs look as though they are good quality; can't confirm this until I start burning them. Its a pity that the delivery mechanism is so limited, a pallet truck is no good for getting anywhere down my gravelled drive. This means I have a longer job of decanting the logs from the pallet to my storage shed. Perhaps you could consider alternative delivery methods such as a lorry with a crane/hoist which could leave the pallet in a better position.
