On time delivery and support from Driver gettting Extra Large Crate located.

Delivered with care driver put the pallet exactly where I requested it.

I’ve had a wood burner stove for about 8 yrs and always used seasoned logs till now. For various reasons I decided to try kiln dried from “logs for sale” for this season. Very pleased with them. Arrived 2 days after ordering and they were delivered by forklift straight into our garage which was a change from having a mountain of logs on the driveway for a couple of days. We were able to barrow the logs to our log store which again was easier than we are used to as they were secure in a pallet rather than needing to be picked up off the ground . The load easily filled our 3sqm store which was a surprise. The logs are uniform in size and unlike seasoned logs don’t need splitting or the attention of a chain saw to get them in the stove. In previous years some seasoned logs were too big for the splitter and too knotty for even a chain saw. We bought them but couldn’t burn them so we acquired a pile of decomposing seasoned logs that we’ve received over the years but we’re unable to use but our bugs and wildlife love. By contrast there was NO wastage with these logs from “logs for sale” and together with the convenience of delivery this more than made up for the slight increase in price over seasoned logs. I miss the creepy crawlies that used to come with seasoned logs but overall I am very pleased with “logs for sale” from ordering, communications, to delivery and using the logs the experience has been very positive.

Order came within a few days wood seasoned burns well.

Good quality wood and delivered trouble free on time. Very satisfied.

Always great wood. Not the cheapest, if you want that, youre taking many risks. Always well stacked, fine logs from uniform rounds, no knotty bits. Arrives ontime in a well built crate. Easy to split and stack. As dry as Ghandis flipflop. Once in 15 years i had an issue, resolved quickly and efficiently. Saves me £££ on not using any gas ever.

Delivered on time. Driver left it on the drive as requested. Good service, happy to recommend.

Fantastic service as always , thank you

Delivered on time, placed where I required, good quality logs.

As alway the shopping experience was easy and with the summer sale pricing was beneficial. Due to road works on our street they let me delay delivery until it had finished to make it straight forward for the courier. That’s what you call service

Prompt delivery, we were kept up to date regarding the process. Competitive pricing.

I go nowhere else - there's a good reason for that...

Great price and arrived on date requested. Drive delivered it the location I wanted.

Have used this company for a few years now and have been more than happy with the quality of the logs and the customer service. Unfortunately this latest delivery was farcical. Received a call from them at 4.30pm on the day of delivery to cancel and rearrange. Having stayed in all day we were a little annoyed. Rearranged delivery for two days later and the delivery was again cancelled late in the afternoon. Another day wasted! The delivery was arranged for the next day and finally arrived! Must admit this has put me off ordering from them again.

Excellent service. Great logs

Delivered as described very helpful delivery person ,Quality and size perfect and I’ve ordered again that should say it all.

Punctual, kept informed and logs placed at point of choice, very pleased, no hiccups.

I am sure I have already reviewed this but, now asked again. Service was great. Product was great. Very pleased will use again.
