It was good from the very first phone call to delivery. All very helpful and friendly. The logs look ideal and looking forward to having warm winter evenings.
The delivery was ideal with the pallet was placed directly into my garage exactly where I wanted it.

Great service and great product. We would not use anyone else.

Good as ever

High quality fried logs delivered to door on time as promised

The logs did not arrive on the scheduled day and there was no notification that they would not be delivered
They were delivered at the end of the following day which meant I had to wait around for 2 days

Good sized logs kiln dried and well stacked crates

quality product.
very good delivery.

Quality great. Came a day after booked but communication was good so no real problem.

Great price quality logs great delivery

I have used this company for 6 years I would fully recommend them not the cheapest supplier of wood but a really full crate of good quality wood cut to a sensible size for your wood burner.
The delivery is first class very friendly and helpful I would recommend a large crate for best value.

Product was exactly as described, well packaged and arrived on time. Delivery driver kindly placed the crate in our garage.

Excellent service and great firewood as usual from Logs for sale.
Delivery service this time disappointed: delivery arranged for Thursday, we were contacted by delivery hub early that afternoon to apologise and warn it would not happen that day but would be prioritised for the following day (Friday). No delivery and no contact on Friday. Logs arrived on Monday afternoon. No apology. The delivery hub is about 30 miles from us.

Great product, competitive pricing and delivery on day requested directly into the garage. My only criticism is that when I had a problem using the website I sent an email and never got a reply, but this is just one incident in years of custom.

Delivered on the day and came as a wrapped pallet of 40 wood packs.

Never let you down on quality, service and delivery.
Thank you.

A very good service the quality of the Logs are good came on time I had the large case which is not easy to move but the driver with his electric forklift put it exactly where I wanted it extremely happy third time I’ve had your Logs and will carry on doing that, thank you

Very happy with the service. The logs were very well stacked and delivered as promised. Will definitely use again.

Will not buy from anyone else. Delivery was as expected and the quality of wood is great.

This is the Third time we have had logs from this company. Excellent service, Logs are 100% quality, Delivery was brilliant the lads went all out to place the logs where we wanted them. Would highly recommend this company.
