I really enjoyed working with Logo Diffusion. The logos produced helped me generate ideas and unique concepts for my design project. Customer service was also great and would recommend it to someone who needs work done.

I used Logo Diffusion to build out a complete suite of enterprise concept marks, and it proved to be a valuable tool for high-speed geometric ideation and flat vector asset creation.
What truly sets them apart, however, is their customer support. I reached out regarding a renewal that triggered due to a GMT time zone difference right at the cutoff of my billing cycle. Ali from support responded almost immediately, clearly explained the time zone mechanics, and processed a full refund without hesitation. On top of that, they kept my renewed credits active for the remainder of the 30-day cycle so nothing went to waste.
It is rare to find a SaaS platform that handles billing inquiries with this level of fairness, speed, and customer-first care. Between the solid generation capabilities and standout support, they’ve earned a 5-star rating.
Got myself into subscription not being aware of it. Got planty of Credits but got charged. 🤷🏻♂️

Hi Chris, sorry about that. From your description it sounds like a renewal went through while you still had unused credits, could you please Email support with the address on your account and we will look at the charge and sort it out with you.
For what it's worth, canceling takes a couple of clicks in the app, no calls or support tickets needed, and if you cancel you keep full access and your credits until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Nothing is held hostage.
regarding the UI overlap. If you can tell support which screen and device that was on, that would be greatly appreciated.
While I can design in both photoshop and illustrator. It's nice to have a logo focused ai tool to help brainstorm and prompt until something catches my eye or is the version that matches what is in my mind. From there I can refine the logo/design to become exactly what I was originally thinking of or what I now think is best. Additionally, with the ability to vectorize or remove background, I'm then able to actually use the new logo in real life. Lastly, I've always found the support to be extremely helpful and fair.

Logo Diffusion is officially my secret weapon. The output quality is consistently higher than what I was getting from 'Pro' designers on freelance marketplaces, and the cost isn't even comparable. I'm currently using it to brand all my parked domains—it turns a blank page into a premium brand overnight. If you need high-end aesthetics without the high-end price tag, this is it.

This program has worked really well so far, and saves me worlds of time drawing these up into vector files. Something that would take me an hour or more on Adobe Illustrator now takes around 8 seconds.
I found a bug in the system after an update and got a real response from a human...and the bug was fixed within a matter of hours. No generic replies, just real customer service.
So glad I found this program.

Our logo generation does not use ChatGPT. The models behind Text to Logo, Image to Logo and Sketch to Logo are trained by us, and the vector export and logo editing that keeps your original shapes intact are not things a general chatbot does. Happy to disagree on price, that is a reasonable thing to weigh. If the output was not what you expected, email support with your account email and we will look at it directly.
Purchased premium subscription and the reference image function doesnt even work. They just say some B.S like "As we're experiencing a surge in demand...". The button there is super misleading, almost a scam website.

Sorry this was your experience. The reference image function does work, and if it was failing on a paid account back then that was a bug on our side, not a paywall. Reference images and style uploads are included on every paid plan.
The "surge in demand" message is queue copy that should only ever appear for free accounts, so a paid subscriber seeing it was wrong and we have changed a lot on that flow since October. If you are still on the account, email support with the email you used and we will look at what actually happened and sort it out. If you are not, that is fair enough, and thanks for flagging it.
