Three weeks late and counting.
We are getting no help from Logicstics. We have to work with fed-ex directly. The Logicstics rep didn't know all the documentation required for customs.

Our agent Maryam Baig helped to make our move to the UK easy. With her help, I did not have to deal with FedEx or foreign customs on my own. Although my shipment wasn't the biggest, she took care of me like a VIP. The best part was that when FedEx goofed, Maryam was there to make sure I received my items as quickly as possible. I gladly recommend Logicstics and thank Maryam for staying on top of things.

Just hired Logicstics to do a move from NY to London. First point of contact was Jack Davis. His customer service was ok but not great. This was my first time doing and international move and I had lots of questions. At times he seemed uninterested in actually answering them, it felt like he was just pushing me to sign the contract. My move was in August and he initially told me I would have to book by Feb, which was not true because I booked in June with no problems. Once when I called the office to speak with him he was out and they put me through to a different sales person who answered my questions in much more detail than Jack which was so helpful because he informed me of things Jack did not. My next point of contact was my move coordinator Maryam who was very kind and helpful and did a great job facilitating the move. Thank you Maryam! At one point Maryam was out and I had to speak with a woman named Raysa who was perhaps the rudest and most unhelpful person I've ever spoken to. There was an issue with my airfreight shipment being picked up from my apartment and with the courier calling me upon arrival (my building had no buzzer). Instead of trying to help remedy the situation she told me there was nothing she could do and that she could not guarantee my shipment would even be picked up. This was a few days before my move btw which actually made me seriously consider hiring a different company since I had only paid the deposit for Logicstics at that point. Luckily I contacted Edward the operations manager who called me the same day and immediately worked everything out. Edward was very kind and helpful and at that point was the reason I stayed with Logicstics. Overall I gave four stars because my airfreight shipment arrived a day after I moved, and Maryam and Edward offered great service. Took away one star because of the terrible service from Raysa. Still waiting on my sea freight shipment because these take longer. Will update once that is received. Would use this company again and do recommend them overall.

Shawn guided me through the initial process with professional knowledge and consistent patience. My move became more complex due to unforseen circumstances of being dropped by a shipper. The day before my move out day, Laiba remained at my side filling out lengthy custom forms. If it hadn't been for this stellar team, I might have considered leaving my grandmother's desk. So thankful that it made the flight from Portland, OR to Essen, Germay. The only challenge, which Logicstics is not responsible, is the communication with Federal Express. Shipment came quickly, but the customs clearance took almost 5 business days. I am very happy and I highly recommend this company.

I loved the personal customer service. My rep Laiba took care of all the documents, it was all super quick and efficient! Even when there was delays, she took care of contacting FEDEX and making sure everything was getting processed. I definitely recommend this service: door to door and you are in contact with a real agent all the time!

I recently used Logicstics for an international move from NY to Genoa and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. My representative, Neal, was fantastic from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about the international shipping process and took the time to thoroughly explain every step to me, which made the whole process much less stressful.
The transit itself took about one month, and once my container arrived in Italy, it took another two weeks to clear customs and get delivered to my home. While the timeline was a bit longer than I hoped for, Neal kept me updated throughout, so I was never in the dark.
Unfortunately, one of my tables was damaged in transit. However, the insurance I took out with Logicstics covered the repair, and the table looks as good as new now. I was relieved to see how efficient the claims process was, and it made me feel confident in the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service I received from Neal and the entire Logicstics team. I would absolutely hire them again for any future moves and highly recommend them to anyone needing international shipping assistance.

I recently used Logistics for my international move, and overall, it was a positive experience. My sales rep. Jack, was incredibly helpful and made the initial process smooth and stress-free. My moving coordinator, Rayzza was just as fantastic - both were quick to answer my questions and kept me informed throughout.
The only downside was that my shipment arrived a few weeks later than expected. however, I understand that the delay was due to a port strike, which was beyond their control. Despite this, Logistics did their best to keep me updated, and I appreciated their transparency during the delay.
I'd definitely use Logistics again. The team was professional, reliable and genuinely cared about making my move as smooth as possible. Great service overall!
