Very disappointed with loghouse . I chose them ,because I had a previous log cabin fitted . This time I had a small cabin installed ,and it was very stressful.Crew arrived ,with materials and tools missing . The main guy ( no idea what his name was ,because he didn't tell ).He continuously moaned about how hard his job was. Anything I asked him ,I was disturbing him . They were in my garden till 10pm that night . They weren't happy I asked them to leave due to noise . Then there was a step issue ,Eli on the phone was just as snotty . I would not recommend them as a company ,I am sorry to say

Loghouse were very professional and helpful from choosing the cabin right through to build stage. Jack and Eli were very knowledgeable and gave good advice. When the cabin arrived on site the builders were very through and recommended to reduce the insulation to standard to due to a height issue with my particular site and this was sorted with no fuss and a full refund on the extra amount I had paid. The cabin looks amazing you can see the quality and it is warm and comfortable inside. I used log houses partner electrician Midas and he was friendly and did a great job with everything I asked for. I 100% recommend Jack, Eli and the loghouse team.

From the start with Dermot in the Athlone showroom to the finish of our journey with Loghouse.ie and Ned and the building team I cannot think of anything that I could have any problem with. The whole experience was just perfect.

Dermot could not have been more helpful with us and making changes that were more suitable to our needs.

Ned and the building team were extremely professional and the craftsmanship of they’re work is outstanding.

Martin has been wonderful from the start. I have been trying to organise the plans from overseas which i thought could be difficult but he has been nothing but helpful amd accommodating making it all a super easy process! Would definitely recommend.

Great company to deal with from start to finish. Denis from the Cork office helped with discussing our requirements and adapting the cabin design to our specification. The order & scheduling team were very clear and communicative about the process and the guys that completed the build did an excellent job and finished the project very quickly and to an excellent standard. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

At the Glen of a Downs, Loghouse sales office the Log Cabins were on display so you could get a feel for what size and type you wanted—the sales rep. Jack had lots of knowledge and was able to explain the add-on options clearly. Communication was good making the transactions easy. Installation was fast, Tomas and Minde built the Cabin to a very good standard and was completed within two days, ready for painting. Overall a good experience.😀

We knew we needed a good outdoor log cabin and we were delighted to see the materials to choose exactly what we required. Jack was really helpful and even did a site visit to help us along the way. Looking forward to the finished product. Thanks Jack! Farrellys Delgany

I bought a sauna from Steven O Driscoll in the Cork based office. He went above and beyond to answer by questions anytime I wanted answers and always replied to my texts and emails. The cabin came 2 weeks earlier than the time frame given and was assembled within a day. I now have the sauna 3 weeks and can only say wr are over the moon with the whole experience. Steven was very professional and courteous and I would highly recommend him in the Cork office if you are considering a sauna or log cabin.

From start to end an excellent experience, huge thank you to Denis, Carlos, Dermot and Eli you were patient and responsive throughout! Biggest thank you of all goes to the three warriors, Slava, Nell and Tomasz) real gents who worked like Trojans to build what cumulated in an amazing cabin in our garden - super guys and I know my dog missed them when they were done. If you are reading this know that I did my research in selecting a provider and They did not disappoint the team and product is five star.
Can’t believe I forgot to mention the driver who defied Physics with his skill - in summary just a really great hard working customer focussed team.

We dealt with Jack who was great, talked us through everything and called out to the site at our request to help with some of the decision making. We went for ground screw foundation, installation was very efficient. When the cabin arrived it was assembled very professionally by a crew of three. Couldn’t fault Loghouse An excellent experience.

Delivery was excellent, driver is a credit to the company. Installation team were on top of their game, with each one getting on with their individual tasks. The work was carried out in a friendly and efficient manner. Eli dealt with any queries promptly. All in all we are very pleased with the project. The Studio turned out exactly like the one we visited in the display site.

Rinalds steered us through the decision making process and was very helpful along the way. We are very happy with the service and the garden room we have chosen.

Rinalds, absolutely amazing person to deal with, very experience with a lot of knowledge. The entire process of ordering the cabin it was outstanding.

Great experience with the team from Loghouse in Bray specifically Keith & Jack, and then with the cabin builders Eddie & his buddy, professional & quick. Four years on & we wouldn’t be without it

Poor installation, poor communication, little or no English spoken by the erecting team, site, garden and patio were left a mess and on Saturday when we had been told the project would complete I asked why the windows had not yet been installed and was told they were missing, the crew did not know why, nor what was going to be done. Lack of English made this conversation difficult and I had to chase through the sales team to try and find out what the story was.
I was eventually told that they windows were missing and would not be available until the end of the following week at best.

Initial impressions when we visited the showrooms in Glen of the Downs were very positive and while a bit surprised that we would have to make a 50% payment up front and full payment before the ecohouse we ordered would be installed, we assumed the company installation would mirror the professional quality service we had received from the sales team. Unfortunately this was not the case.

We were told it would be 10-12 weeks before delivery so we were less than prepared when in week 4, we were told the crew to fix the foundation were scheduled to be with us on week 5. However we decided to go ahead and I spent the couple of days I had clearing the area we intended to site the cabin. I knew the site had a slight slope but had been told that the foundation process could handle this. However, I was not prepared for the front step to be 16 inches off the ground which is what I saw when the base was installed. While the crew were happy to re-seat the base they were not prepared to level the area, which left me to do this before they would return.
In fairness to them they had good English and when finishing on Thursday evening in torrential rain they offered to clean the patio, which I declined as I knew crew arriving next day would only muddy it again.

The erecting crew arrived on Friday morning and while they had very little English a project manager arrived mid morning and seemed capable and spoke very good English. He assured me they would complete Saturday afternoon. Again I was not aware that he would not be onsite himself on Saturday, but assumed at least that someone would let me know of any issues and keep me informed of progress. This did not happen and as outlined above, I was not told at any time that the windows had not arrived with the rest of the house. As also outlined, above when the crew had completed late Saturday afternoon the left the garden and patio in particular covered in mud.

It is now 18.30 on Tuesday and I have still not heard anything from Loghouse about my windows or when I can expect the project to be completed.

Given that I have paid more than €20k, I am extremely disappointed with the company and the quality of service they provide.

I had a fantastic experience with longhouse. Denis in the Cork office was more then accommodating and always at the other end of the phone.

I have to say I have been really impressed with Loghouse. I dealt with a guy called Steven O'Driscoll and he was immensely patient with my erratic emails and delayed replies! With Stevens help I got the perfect hot tub and set up. Unfortunately, during the delivery, there was a little damage to my concrete from the huge massive delivery truck but remaining professional, Loghouse have arranged to send someone out to repair it without argument.
Overall 10/10 for professional, considerate and thoughtful staff and service. I will be back!

Excellent work and the cabin arrived sooner than we expected.

Lack of communication is a major problem for this company's Glasgow branch.

5 months from starting installing to it being finished is nowhere near what we were sold.

Installing lesser spec windows and doors which are clearly stated in their catalogue as "this is what our competitors do".

All nice and pleasant when looking at their products, but once you pay, you're ignored and not treated as a customer.

Delivered the kit, and within 5 minutes, they are on the phone demanding the balance.

There was so much wrong with our dealings with this company, we'll not recommend them to anyone.

Our complaints eventually went to the owner in Ireland, which I had to initiate as Glasgow branch kept saying "it's out of their hands", who, after a few messages back and forth we were lead to believe the Glasgow branch would get it sorted. Alas, we were wrong as they dragged their heels and took another 2 months to get the windows that were advertised. Yet, still no update or replies from my emails/messages asking for an update.

The overall dealings with the Glasgow branch are not good, but this is down to Eddie, their so called "customer care manager". We think they'll need to get a person that actually does care.
Who, incidentally, thought he could give us a meal voucher and all would be ok.

So, our opinion is a very honest review on our experience with this company.
We would not recommend them to anyone.

If we could give this a minus star rating, we would.
