From start to finish Lofts4Storage were. Professional & polite. They carried out the work quickly and efficiently & I would highly recommend them if you are thinking of boarding your loft out.

A really good experience from start to completed installation - good sales / survey to clear proposal, reasonable cost, installation arrangement and a very efficient and tidy final installation to provide a very useful space in my loft to store those "once a year" items!

I received a knock on the door from someone promoting loft ladders and although I would not normally be receptive the lady was polite and professional and ironically we need our loft boarded. They organised a quote, came out as planned gave me a competitive price and were back in two weeks fit the ladders, boards and light. Lofts4Storage installed loft boarding and a loft access ladder which was completed to a very high standard and in the agreed time frame. The tradesman was polite and professional keeping the work area tidy / safe during the whole installation. I would recommend this company.

The loft looks fantastic, the workman turned up on time and got straight on with the job. He was polite and friendly, he put dust sheets down before he started and vacumed afterwards. The loft was finished in a day and was done in a very professional way. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Incredibly impressed by our loft installation, complete with ladder installed in a challenging space. Mickey acted professionally throughout. He did a great job, making our attic usable and safe. He spent time clearing away all the dirt and dust and even vacuumed. I have to say, this installation exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Richard came out initially to do the quote without giving it the hard sell, foot-in-the-door salesman patter that I abhor which was refreshing...

Blake & Mike did the actual loft boarding. They prepared the area with dust sheets to protect my carpets, worked efficiently, kept me informed as to what they were doing, remained polite & professional, they even vacuumed my carpets before they left! Marvelous job, really pleased!

Excellent service from start to finish. The quotation covered all the details and was easy to understand. I couldn’t fault Blake (the fitter) at all. He was polite, professional and efficient. He took great care with protecting my carpets and did a great job of clearing up afterwards. The work he did in my loft was excellent, really neat and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lofts4Storage to any of my family and friends. A great job at a very good price.

Few issues getting the loft hatch back on and was a little late (traffic) but very happy with the final product and quote came in considerably below a competitor for essentially the same product.

Very competitive quote, cheapest received. However despite the low price, quality materials and service received so am impressed. Great communication throughout process and has hugely improved the storage in our house. Highly recommended

I have no idea what this company's work is like as they failed to turn up to provide a quote. I left my details on their website twice. Eventually I received a phone call and was offered a date a fortnights later. I went to the house, which I am letting, and waited for two hours but nothing. I waited two days before trying to phone them. I left a message saying not to bother as I had a quote from another company. I left my contact details again but again no response. I can only conclude that they do not want the work but they could have had the decency to cancel

Quality service from this company. Professionalism from quotation to fitment. Highly recommended you will not be disappointed. The fitters were on time, very polite, explained all aspects of the work undertaken, gave us time to become familiar with us each using the loft ladder safely for access and egress, floor coverings used and all areas cleaned after use you wouldn’t even know they had been at our home and they didn’t leave until the job was finished. We now have additional ample storage due to downsizing to a smaller property so this has given us a saving from using an external storage facility so thank you to all of the team you are the best.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very pleased with loft panels which needed to be raised due to our new build property. Very impressive large storage area with lift ladder, safety handle and lights. Just the job! Clean, tidy and professional. I would definitely recommend.

Very professional service. Fast and efficient quote and was given a date for doing the loft boarding straight away. The 2 guys who did the work were on time and worked well. They were friendly and efficient and tidied up after themselves. Would definitely recommend company.
