I was recommended this company by a neighbour after I saw their van outside his house and enquired about the work done. He was very impressed and I must say that I have not been disappointed at all. My initial enquiry was dealt with promptly and the survey was completed with a quote within a day. On the day of the installation both Ryan and Jayden were efficient, polite, and professional. I am thoroughly pleased with the work done and can now utilise my loft space to its optimum capacity. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending lofts 4 storage.

Work carried out, loft ladder, insulation top up and boarding to the roof. Arrived promptly, worked very hard and completed within the day, overcame a few design challenges for boarding in a truss rafter roof. Great ladder, Rey good quality and practical, neatly installed and cleaning up, I think they left the place cleaner than when they started.

Great job at a super price! The team were so tidy and quick, I could not fault the installation- thank you!

Had loft boarded and ladder installed.
I was quite apprehensive as found them on Facebook, reviews made me give them a go. We needed our loft hatch moved so that added to my concern, also had two old water tanks up there which again concerned me!! I needn't have worried. The two lads who turned up (on time) were amazing. Dom and Alex I think, were great. I left them to it, went to work, called me when finished and were so tidy I couldn't believe it!!
Showed me the work and how to use ethe ladder. Went up there and was honestly amazed. It looked fantastic, realised there was also no sign of the horrid old tanks, they had managed to push both into the eves and it made the space seem huge.
Thank you so much. Have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. Top class service from start to finish.

We had our loft stilt boarded, this company were amazing. From quote to work being completed communication was easy. The quality of the boarding was amazing and they even helped to put our belongings in the loft. I would definitely recommend them.

My install from communication by Richard and his team the surveyor Nathan and his good advice on what would suit me and my budget very patient as i asked alot of questions and he was happy to explain. The perfect installation of raised boarding and relocate loft hatch with ladder by Rob and Stu who were such hard workers took half a day to install after arriving early and on time .Did a fantastic job and left the place immaculate even hoovered up the dust everywhere.Richard always answered any queries as did his receptionist.I had my quote a few months in advance in order to save for it Richard was happy to accomodate this and no qualms or fuss when i had to change dates and ask for my quote to be resent.He answered all my queries and was more than happy to provide all the advice he could never pushy and not chasing payment as soon as it was installed like some companies very trustworthy and respectable towards their customers.I also need to mention the great price of their packages as compared to some others i had to come and quote .They were prompt and beat the other companies i had over to quote.I am so glad i paid attention more to the postive reviews rather than the very few negative ones as i know from my own experience that they are probably unjustified as found Richard went above and beyond to make sure i was happy before and after install.His communication throughout was excellent.Thank you Richard and all involved in my install espeacially Rob and stu!

The work was quickly quoted and professionally done, very tidy and clean after fitting. Not only this but there was a slight problem after fitting that the plasterboard in the ceiling beneath the loft was broken through by accident. Richard was very quick to apologise and quickly sent professional tradesmen back to resolve the issue. A great company to deal with when so many are not. Highest recommendation from me.

The whole process from survey, quote to installation was perfect. The surveyor explained different options open to us for the installation of the ladder and new hatch. Really pleased with the boarding, new hatch and insulation top up. The loft is now easy and safe to access and we have so much extra storage space.
