10/10 experience with Loftly. They were great from start to finish. Allowed us to personalise our bed design and they worked around us to find a delivery date that worked. The team were communicative, helpful and really lovely to deal with. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I was a bit apprehensive about buying a bed I hadn’t seen in person but Mark was amazing from the start and showed me photos of previous beds they had sold. He was accommodating with when I needed the bed and was great through the whole process, from sending fabric samples to delivery to Edinburgh. The bed is beautiful and it is exactly what i was looking for.

Recently purchased our new bed and the whole experience has been nothing short of amazing and the bed itself is a dream. The team went above and beyond to make sure their service was seamless, from providing personalised offers, speedy delivery and always being available. I looked on line for months for an out of the ordinary bed something special rather than just an ordinary for want of a better divan . I came to a website on instagram. The was a very good choice and I thought something special was to good to be true . After making an initial enquiry with their advisor Lucy I made the challenge to build a bed to my liking her experience was second to non unbelievably helpful . I left the order with her whilst I was on holiday on my return I had a message advising delivery and installing . The guys who came with the bed to install it were smart. Polite and very knowledgeable
The bed is is out of this world quality I can only describe as perfect 😍 very special thanks to the whole team at Loftly homes has been a pleasure to deal with

I’m in love with my Avery bed I purchased from lofty home, it comes exactly as the pictures displayed, the quality is top notch and it immediately gives my bedroom a luxury look. They listened to details and added the little specification I wanted, delivery was quiet on time and We were able to set up the bed ourselves with the instructions it came with. I’d say this is a good buy, and I’d definitely recommend.
