I am very disappointed with my experience with this agency. Our confirmed booking was cancelled by them less than a day before our scheduled arrival.
After the cancellation, we were told that our payment had been refunded, moreover they provided the proof of their refund however we never received a single cent. They explained that they were experiencing cash-flow issues and requested a 45-day period to process our refund.
It has now been more than three months, and despite countless emails and phone calls on our side, we have not received any refund. Only excuses that they have a negative balance. Furthermore, we were informed that we should not expect any refund in the near future.
Honestly, I do not care about their cashflow balance at all. I want my 9.250 € back that this scammer never refunded.

We have also observed that several newly created accounts posted identical or nearly identical reviews within a short period of time, which raises strong indications of coordinated misuse of the platform. As a professional company, we always follow legal procedures for cancellations and refunds, and every confirmed booking in our system can be tracked transparently through our Guest App, contract, and bank records. Scam!
We lost €9,250 because of Lodgerstrip. They are dishonest, unprofessional and absolutely not trustworthy.
We booked a villa and paid €9,250 in advance, but Lodgerstrip canceled the reservation just one day before our arrival.
It’s now been more than 5 months, and despite countless emails and phone calls, we have not received a single cent. Every time we contact them, they come up with new excuses and empty promises, but never deliver.

Great stay in Marbella
Stayed in an amazing villa in Marbella. It had everything we needed and super clean. The team were incredubly helpful and responsive to all our questions. Would recommend this company.

Great Stay in Marbella
We had a great stay at an exclusive villa provided by Lodgers Trips in Marbella. From the initial booking right through to arrival and departure Emmanuel was on hand to assist with any query we had. Our airport transfers were organised as was a fridge stocking service meaning we had everything we needed for the duration of our stay without needing to venture out to the supermarket ourselves.
The villa itself was amazing with beautiful views of the mountains backing onto the local golf course.

Scammer, does not own any of the villas he rents out. He cancelled our accommodation for 10 person villa, the day before we were due to arrive on holiday, and was extremely unprofessional in helping us try to find another villa, tried to put us in a much worse villa and charge us the same amount, and laughed at us on the phone during the conversation after massively inconeniencing us. Please do not give this scammer any time or money.

We’re sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations, but we’d like to clarify the situation to avoid misunderstandings.
Due to severe misconduct and property damage caused by a previous group at this same villa, we were forced to implement a stricter guest policy—limiting future stays at this location to families and guests over 25 years old. Your booking did not meet these conditions.
In line with our terms, when a villa becomes unavailable, we offer an alternative or a full refund. You were offered a replacement villa and, upon your decision not to proceed, we processed your refund promptly.
Our company operates legally as a licensed holiday rental intermediary under Spectrum Ventures S.L. We manage properties listed through verified platforms, with proper agreements in place. All transactions are traceable, and we maintain full transparency.
We take accusations like “scammer” very seriously and will not tolerate defamatory statements. Our focus is to maintain respectful, safe, and enjoyable stays for all guests and the communities we operate in.
