Cost effective security precaution
Although where I live is safe I believe in being one step ahead. The steering wheel lock is highly visible and would make thieves think twice and hopefully go for an easier target. The lock appears to be of high quality and is easy to install.

Well made product
Well made product, strong enough to deter a theif but light enough to be easy to use every time. Bright and easy to see through the windows hopefully it makes a theif think this will be a bit of a pain to remove and look for a eaiser target.No problems with delivery

Great customer service
Love my red steering lock! A lock that's consistently hard to unlock usually points to something we can fix, whether that's a quick tip to free it up or a replacement unit if the cylinder isn't turning as it should. Either way you shouldn't have to fight with it.

Worst delivery service ever
They say on the website and your order confirmation that your order will take 4-8 business days. I have been waiting now 12 business days, 4 werkend days and i still don't have my order! That's 16 days and I'm in Brisbane.
I can't comment on the product itself because I don't have it!

Joseph, this one's on us and I won't dress it up. You ordered in good faith, the site told you 4-8 business days, and you've sat there for 16 with nothing to show for it. That's not the experience we want anyone to have, least of all someone in Brisbane who just wanted their car protected.
I've chased your order personally and it's now on its final leg, you should have it within the next 1-2 business days. I've also refunded you in full, so the lock comes to you with our apology attached, not your money. When it lands, put it on and see what you think, and if anything else is off, email us and it comes straight to me.

The lockstep is really great
The lockstep is really great. It's easy to use and to store in the car. Will be recommending it to my family and friends. I have the old type steering lock which works well but I was forever knocking my leg on it. The colour I got is lovely and the lock gives me more peace of mind than the previous one. Thank you to the genius who thought of it..

Sandra, the leg-knocking point made us smile because it's exactly the problem the cable design solves, so we're chuffed the switch paid off for you.
Those old rigid bars do the job but they're forever in the way. A cable that threads through and stores flat is a much easier thing to live with day to day, and it sounds like you've felt that difference straight away. Glad you got a colour you love too. Sturdy & Highly Visible
Product is real easy to use & appears very sturdy. Bright colours add a further visual deterrent. Like any of these anti-theft devices, if they really want it, they’ll find a way to get it. This should hopefully slow them down long enough.

You've summed it up better than our ad copy does, honestly. We've never pretended any lock is impossible to defeat, because that's not real. The job is to turn a thirty-second grab into a loud, fiddly, drawn-out hassle that most won't want a bar of, and the bright colour means they're weighing that up before they've even reached the car. That little test you did with the pouch is the best way to prove it to yourself. If the car can't find the key, neither can a relay thief standing outside your door at 2am trying to clone the signal. That's exactly what it's there for. Pair it with the wheel lock and you've got two very different problems for anyone eyeing the car off, which is the whole idea behind bundling them together.
