To be quite blunt... I’d say that when they advertise refunds, they really ought to make it clear that if the contract was signed recently, they won’t process the claim – because in my case, after answering questions, signing the form and sending a copy of my ID, I received an email saying they couldn’t do anything.
I knew it was a load of rubbish, but stupidly I went ahead and placed the order.
Don’t bother with it – it’s all a waste of time.

This company is a total pain , keep receiving unsolicited emails , can't understand why a solicitor would send out these on a daily basis when they get deleted on a daily basis , any attempts at reporting has fallen on deaf ears, if one could delve deeper & find a guilty party for breach of confidentiality, would be treated accordingly

Do not use this company
Do not use this company! I made the mistake of contact to see what I could claim. After reviewing their pricing (% they take) I saw no point in progressing with a PCP claim. However they keep emailing me saying they are processing my claim. I never asked them too nor have given them any bank or ID documentation. Avoid contact at all costs
