I purchased items with this company. They then contacted me to advise they didn’t have the items in stock. They cancelled the order. I’m now struggling to get my refund.

Hi Cathy,
We are sorry that we were unable to fulfil your order. The items were showing as available when the order was placed, but the stock position changed within approximately two minutes, before our website stock information had refreshed.
As soon as this was identified, we contacted you and cancelled the order before anything was dispatched. A full refund of the entire amount paid was issued to the original payment method, and no payment has been retained by us.
We appreciate that refunds may not always appear immediately with the customer’s bank or payment provider. We are happy to provide confirmation of the refund transaction should this be required.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,
Stephen

Hi Mark,
We are sorry that we were unable to fulfil the order. The items were showing as available when the order was placed, but the stock position changed within approximately two minutes, before our website stock information had refreshed.
We contacted the purchaser as soon as this was identified, cancelled the order before anything was dispatched and issued a full refund of the entire amount paid.
We understand that this review concerns the same single cancelled transaction that has also been reviewed separately. Although we appreciate the disappointment, the products were not knowingly advertised as unavailable, no goods were dispatched and no payment has been retained.
Kind regards,
Stephen
