Lockings Anmeldelser

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Rebecca and her team at Lockings demonstrated excellent communication skills, was incredibly easy to deal with, and maintained a friendly and approachable manner throughout. I’d highly recommend their services to anyone in need of professional legal support."

Great communication through out the purchasing process. Always kept upto date weekly during the whole process.. any questions asked was answered quickly. Would definately recommend to family and friends

I recently completed a simultaneous property sale and purchase with Lockings, and I was very pleased with their service. Rebecca Oldridge kept me informed and updated at all stages of the buying and selling process, and so I was never unsure as to what stage we were at. I can recommend Lockings to anyone who is looking to move to a new house, and who are in need of an efficient conveyancing solicitor. Thank you!

Just used the Hull office for an employment issue and cannot recommend more as Sarah Thomsen was outstanding
Thank you

Rebecca at Lockings kept me informed and updated at all stages of the house selling process including creating momentum for the completion. A clear, efficient and professional service, I have pleasure in recommending Lockings to anyone who is looking to sell their house.

Our thanks go to Katrina at Lockings for her fantastic communication. Moving house is stressful and the lack of information coming from our buyers solicitor was very frustrating, but Katrina was always very fast to respond to us and very clear in all of her communications - as well as being very proactive.

Have used Lockings a couple of times now and found them first class, Many thanks Neil

All round really good experience with Lockings.

Easy to deal with & highly recommend👌

Can’t recommend Lockings enough, as a first time buyer everything was new to me and nothing was ever too much trouble for them when I had questions. Even when there was no update the team sent me an email with the latest information. Completions had to be rushed through and again couldn’t have asked for more from the Lockings team.

Would recommend. Very helpful with the sale of our house and the purchase of our new house. Very helpful explain the full process and very speedy with communication. Would definitely use again. Thank you

We recently used Lockings Solicitors for both the sale and purchase of our properties, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. From start to finish, the communication was excellent – even when dealing with unresponsive solicitors on the buyer’s side, Katrina ensured we were always kept informed.

What really stood out was how proactive and transparent the team was. Even when there was nothing new to report, Katrina would still check in, which meant we never felt left in the dark or unsure of what was happening. Her open and honest approach put our minds at ease at every bump in the road.

It’s incredibly reassuring to work with a solicitor who is not only professional but genuinely competent – something that unfortunately hasn’t been our experience with every party involved in the process.

We would absolutely use Lockings again and would recommend them without hesitation.

It was a very positive experience working with the team at Lockings. Communication and response times were excellent. Any queries I had were answered quickly and clearly. Very professional and supportive service. I would happily recommend them.

All the staff are friendly and efficient w

I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Lockings Solicitors during my recent house sale. Hannah, Aleisha and the team were quick to reply to any queries I had throughout the conveyancing process, ensuring a smooth and stress free experience. I would definitely recommend using Lockings, and will use them again in the future should I need a solicitor again.

I used lockings for the purchase of my house and again to sell it, I would definitely use them again. Rebecca was dealing with my case when selling it and she kept me upto date every step of the way! The whole sale went through very smoothly and I am happy with the service I received. Thanks again.

The team were very helpful and did a great job getting our sale through quickly.

Katrina on Craig Schofield's team was excellent throughout our house buying process. It was our first time buying and selling, and she was able to kindly explain it all to us, and was prompt and efficient at communicating. As a result, I have recommended Lockings to my friend who is about to sell his house.

Lockings assisted in the purchase of a property and I have no fault in their process. I was kept up to date on the process, they gave plenty of advice and supported me with any queries quickly. I found them friendly team friendly and supportive. Would highly recommend their services,
