Matt and his team are so helpful. They changed all our locks after my dad was broken into and I was nervous in my own home. He has fixed doors that don’t quite close right and is just a very professional and helpful company. Highly recommend.

I called every single locksmith on google when I was locked out at 1am. Was quoted double what I paid Alex from Lock fit from another service. Thankfully Alex was with me (in central Brighton) within 20 minutes and got me inside within a couple of minutes. Great service, highly recommend!

Lock to bedroom door broke with wife inside. Darren was with us in 20 minutes, this at 8am on a Sunday morning. Problem sorted quickly. Would certainly recommend.

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Cedric from Lock Fit. He came to my father's home accompanied by someone claiming to own the house outright. Despite my father's refusal, citing his registered home rights on the title deed which require a court order for any changes, Cedric forcefully proceeded to change the locks. If the resident with home rights says no, then the locksmith should not proceed - so why did he?

Cedric threatened to call the police if my father didn't comply, adding to the intimidation. When I arrived and questioned Cedric about his legal authorisation, he mentioned having seen some 'so-called' legal letters. Upon further enquiry, Cedric became argumentative and loud. He admitted he had not seen the title deeds or the registered home rights my father has on the title deeds, indicating he had no proof of ownership or rights to justify his actions.

Cedric's conduct was unprofessional and disgusting. He shouted across at me when I questioned his actions. My father, who doesn't speak English well, felt particularly intimidated by Cedric's boisterous manner and tone. Cedric's behaviour was not just unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful. After forcibly changing the locks, he walked away smiling, then stood outside smirking and laughing as the police were called.

When I rang Lock Fit head office to complain about this behaviour, they dismissed it by saying he saw the paperwork (which he admitted he didn't - title deeds) and it doesn't sound like Cedric. Their communication was poor, and they need to get trained in customer service.

This experience was distressing for my father and deeply disappointing for our family. Cedric's lack of professionalism and respect is unacceptable. I would not recommend Lock Fit to anyone seeking locksmith services.

Mike from LockFit Maidstone was prompt and extremely knowledgeable. He was very friendly and helpful whilst remaining professional.

My requirements were not straightforward but Mike persevered and devised a great resolution.

Tony from St Helens was so helpful. He went above & beyond to replace our door lock and order replacement keys.He even came out on a bank holiday Monday to look at our door. He was here for a good few hours and completed a very thorough job. We're so pleased with the work and now we can finally rest at night knowing our home is now secure again.

I had a terrible experience with Cedric, he was unprofessional and really tried to panic me and say the door was going to be a 'major problem'. He mentioned this multiple times considering he has been in the locksmith industry for how many years??
He explained that 'the metal fixture that you have taken off will be very difficult to put back on and you shouldn't have done that'.
The frame was taken off by myself which was 10-12 screws. I mean how hard could that be to put back on as it took me seconds!
This was a simple job and was sorted by a competitor for a fraction of the price he was quoting.
The door was fixed within 20 mins and I really didn't appreciate him and his unnecessary drama!!
I have called him this morning and spoken to him!! He was actually ridiculous!

Darren was excellent. He called round within the hour, fixed the problem and provided some coaching along the way.

I called Tony because he was on check a trade and had good reviews. He came out to change the lock on the garage door. Unfortunately he didn't have the type of lock required but he put a very expensive one on while he ordered the correct one. Came back today and successfully fitted correct lock. Went above and beyond, fantastic and friendly service and his number is now saved in my phone contacts. An excellent service and good value for money. Would highly recommend.

Came home after a long day with my daughter and my key snapped in my door. Unfortunately my landlord was awful and didn’t get an engineer sent out the first time as promised.
They finally contacted LockFit and Dale (covering Salisbury and Andover) drove over an hour and half, arriving at 11pm, to get myself and my daughter back in to our home! We are both so grateful to Dale for making that journey at that time of night so we could get back in.
Absolutely fantastic customer service with some recognition being well deserved to Dale who was just an absolute hero!

Ken from Swindon Lock-fit is an absolute life saver. Called at 00.45 as locked out of house. Was around in 20 minutes. Quick and painless job getting the lock off the front door and replacement fitted. Highly recommended 5***** Hopefully I will never have to use a locksmiths again, but if I do, I know who to call.

Called Lockfit for the first time for advise on locks and help with keys and Mike arrived was super helpful sorted by out my locks and keys and was brilliant above and beyond the call of duty fixing my stuck and stiff door so usable again
