Modern company and very user friendly
This company was cheaper plus their website was very straightforward and user friendly. They even sent me a person thank you video after I purchased the insurance. It made me feel appreciated from the get go.

Locket sent me personal message which…
Locket sent me personal message which was a lovely touch, I have never had that from an insurer before. All information sent on email and I was very happy with the home insurance quote, I have thankfully never had to make a claim but its real peace of mind to get personal video message and emails.

To chase the customers to let you know about their experience about Locket Home Insurance just within 10 days after the start of the policy on 30-04-2022, doesn't make any sense expect that it is highly ridiculous. We are therefore very sorry that we aren't in a position to let you know about our experience at this early stage. The only experience which we have gained during last 10 days is that despite of email sent you on 30-04-2022, you haven't still send to us the policy documents. You are therefore requested to please send the policy documents without further loss of time. Thanks

We’re happy to send you a printed version of your policy, but we do need you to clear our security questions first – our team reached out to you twice after initially receiving your request, and we haven’t heard back from you yet. As soon as you come back to us with security clearance, we’ll ship your documents!
Alternatively, you can access your documents via your confirmation email, or by downloading the Locket app. We’re digital-first and environmentally friendly, so we try to save paper (and trees!) wherever we can.

Apart from the best price for this year's insurance I found the online process very quick and easy. Information delivered in understandable language which is a must for me and simple links to contact help if required.

My Review of Locket.
Locket were very good I had sent up annual home insurance policy with them. But unfortunately I had made a error. I emailed them to rectify after realising my mistake and explaining to them that it was not right for me. They responded right away cancelled the policy. I further established that they did in fact charge me however after another email they promptly responded and refunded me within a few days. I would just like to praise Helen who I dealt with she was amazing. Although the company was not for me as I am a bit older and not so good with all the modern way of doing things without actually speaking to anyone in person I would highly recommend Locket.
