Customer service is unlike another company i have ever dealt with! Simply put, amazing.

I ordered a console safe, when I ordered it I meant to get a digital lock with it, my miss, so I ordered one after the fact. They called me to get info on the safe and made sure it was going to be compatible with the safe I had. End up having to switch a few things out as a result. If not for that call, this would have been a frustrating process.

Fits well, install was easy. Make sure your drill fits inside the box to drive the screws in.(that’s a ME problem) I definitely would buy again and recommend!

The lady that helped me with my order was Fantastic, and I hate I can't remeber her name but she was Awesome. Very helpful and fantastic customer service. Made my buying process super easy.

i have look at this item for a long time, price held me back, other product seemed tinny. then lock'er down came out with the Extreme model for my truck, that's when i made the call. Person on the phone, very helpful, a few questions and sent some pictures to confirm I was choosing the right model. safe was in use 10 min after installation which also took about 15 min. to install.

I originally purchased a safe for my Tahoe on 5/28/2024, that was listed “in stock”.

I received an email 5/29 that it was oversold, unavailable and that it would be 4-6 weeks until it could be shipped.

I sent an email 6/29 to follow up on the order because there was 0 updates in 30 days.
I was advised that it would be ready within 1-3 weeks on 6/19.

I sent a follow up email, again there was no updates, on 7-19. The company did not even take the time to respond.

It is now 7/22/2024 and I have no update, no safe and no solution to the problem. The customer service is horrible, the product still hasn’t been shipped and no communication from the company.

The company sent an email to leave a review vs responding to my update request. To confirm the order number, it’s #50638 and I hope their management see’s this review.

I absolutely do not recommend this company, go with any other possible choice you have!

I bought this safe for my 24 GMC 2500 HD Denali based on previous experience with Lock'er Down. The safe works and fits like it's supposed to except the electronic lock doesn't seems as smooth as the lock on the safe in my 2020 Chevy 1500 LTZ was. Also even though the new safe is smaller it was the same price as the old safe. Overall I'm okay with this as I like having a place to lock up valuables.

Well it's been weeks no update and no safe.

I haven’t received my security box yet. It’s been a month. Needed it for a road tip I took last week and had to buy another lock box… I would recommend letting people know about the build process and that there is a lead time. Glad I didn’t pay extra for shipping. You should also include I magnet for that price. With all that said still can’t wait to get it

Excellent quality and super simple install

Recently purchased a new Chevy Silverado ZR2. Unfortunately my locker down vault from my previous truck wouldn’t fit.
I ordered a new center council vault and the install was a breeze, took 10 minutes tops.
I went with the code pad and setting up the combo was simple.
This is a very well built vault for responsible firearm owners or any valuables.
I highly recommend lock’er down safes.

My original order ended up being the wrong safe, but it wasn't a problem. I called Lock'er Down and she sent a mailing label to send back and sent out the correct one right away. Great Customer Service.

The lead time was longer than the first safe I bought from Lock’er Down. This wouldn’t have warranted any comment, but they were a little lax in letting me know about the long lead time.

Now for the good stuff. These safes are great! Well built and secure. Both safes I’ve purchased have fit into my truck consoles like they were OEM equipment. You won’t be disappointed if you buy one.

The product is amazing, built very sturdy and looks very professionally done. I would maybe put some better pictures of how the box and braces are installed. It took a while to figure out how all of it goes together in the back seat area of the truck. I looked for an installation video, checked YouTube, and really liked over the website. Nothing came up in regards to installing the back seat long gun box. I got it installed and it looks amazing! And it’s solid! I’m gonna get one for my personal vehicle too at some point!! This is the second Lockerdown product I have purchased! They are an amazing company!

Communicated with me when product was on back order. They are easy to reach by phone. Product was packed very well. I haven't installed it yet, but everything seems to be in box.
