Prize won on Friday and received by Tuesday. Had a question about the prize which I sent via email and the team were quickly on the phone to clarify. Good prices and good range of competitions

We are sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your Friday night from our live draw Alan from giving us a low score for our service we provide our customers.
Unfortunately we had a few competitions to get through on the evening when you entered and it takes a lot of time when finding those winners from the competitions.
If ever you feel it wasn't that bad from our service point of view of what we offer please feel free to edit as this low score affects us as a running business score.
Thanks Gary

Lockdowns. A definite recommendation
I.ve played a few online comps like this some for months and never won.. however because this is specifically aimed at detector items i was drawn in. Played a few weeks winning nothing but that's the way it goes .. but my time came my luck was in and I won an instant prize. (A deus 2,) It arrived within days and Gary helped with set up and advice all the way . He takes time out to respond to messages with advice or enquiries.. can't fault at all , definitely recommend a go your luck will come .

Thanks for taking the time to leave your review Craig, I see we have lost two stars since your last review of our company.
Our instant win competitions are designed to be played multiple times winning those instant wins, so sometimes when some wins and continues to play your going to see them take a few prizes, this is just the way it is played.
We are gutted that we have lost those two stars from this as it is out of our control who wins and who doesn’t.
I see your account has been deleted, so wish you all the best of luck and if you feel like you would like to edit your review based on our customer service please do.
