Genuinely terrible customer service, i ordered a tracksuit 7-8 days ago, I contact them and they say they'll ship it, 5 days later, after continuously messaging them, no response, no tracking update and i constantly tell them im leaving the country, i leave in 2 days and still not update for my order. Would not buy again.

Very disappointing experience — no order information, poor communication, and no resolution

I placed an order for a tracksuit on 20 August 2026. After completing the purchase, I did not receive an order number, tracking information, dispatch confirmation, or any other meaningful information regarding the status of my order.

I initially tried to resolve the issue by contacting the brand via email, but I did not receive a response. As I was unable to get any information through the usual customer-service channel, I contacted the brand owner, “~F”, via WhatsApp.

Unfortunately, my experience with the communication was extremely disappointing. When I asked about my order, I was repeatedly told things such as “I will check tomorrow,” but I would then receive no follow-up or update. After waiting and contacting him again, I asked whether he had actually checked my order, to which the response was “I have not.”

After several more days, I contacted him again and asked for my order to be sent. I was told “soon, I’m not home” and “I don’t have packages.” Despite my attempts to get a clear update, I still did not receive a proper explanation, dispatch confirmation, tracking information, or a clear timeframe for receiving my purchase.

What I find particularly concerning is the complete lack of proactive communication. If there is a genuine delay or issue with an order, I believe customers should be informed and provided with a reasonable explanation and an estimated resolution. In this case, I had to repeatedly chase the business myself just to find out what was happening.

Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and make sure they understand the company’s customer-service and refund procedures before placing an order.

I have also seen other complaints from members of the brand’s WhatsApp community, although I cannot independently verify the circumstances of those individual cases.

At this point, I have had to consider taking further legal steps regarding the unresolved order and have contacted an attorney for advice on how to proceed.

Overall: My experience has been extremely frustrating. The lack of order information, failure to respond to emails, repeated delays in communication, and absence of a clear resolution have left me very dissatisfied with the service I received.

Love this tracksuit I got black and white xl im 6,4ft fits perfectly delivered to me within 5-7 days will deffo purchase again !!!

Proper gear, saw the designs and bought straight away. Ordered a bag and a tracky, both are top quality especially the bag, feels better than my designer bags and looks better lol.

My order turns out small dose not fit need to return and refund but got in contact with u guys but never responded back to me

The peoduct i recieved was damaged and ive beem trying to contact the company to tey and get a replacement but have recieved no response. I have emailed and direct messaged on insta yet still nothing

The size is too small I wanted to change it for a bigger size but they don’t despond to my emails. Their website is down and there’s no other way to contact them.

It was amazing took 2 weeks to get to canada quality is amazing true to size gotten so many compliments material is amazing nothing bad to say I love it. Definitely will be ordering more soon

I bought this tracksuit, wore it on the first day the zip for the trouser pocket just came off. Very poor quality clothing, would not recommend at all. Best sticking to brands you know. Even contacted them via their website to complain and explain I wanted to return the items but got no response! Don’t waste money on this junk
